Had a wonderful time and it was a great tour. Riley our tour operator was top notch! The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is that we were not given enough time to properly tour the museum. It needs at least one more hour, but other than that it was awesome!

The place has great vegetarian options, totally recommend it to everyone.

What a beautiful experience we had on Dulce Vita. An elegant and luxuriously appointed vessel with an awesome crew. Captain Damon was highly skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable. First mate Shaun Elise had lovely energy, spunk, and great musical gifts to share. They provided their expertise, friendly conversation, and a really great variety of snacks and beverages. Our whale viewing was off the scale. One of the best whale cruisesI've had in the 19 years I've lived in Kawaihae. It was such an easy and enjoyable collaboration between us in setting up the special charter I wanted for my Qi Gong students. No doubt I made the perfect choice in selecting this craft for an outstanding event in every way. Mahalo nui loa.

I had Jim do a tattoo about a year ago the experience was so great I came back this year for another one. The shop is clean the artwork is beautiful and he is a great communicator. If you're looking to get a tattoo I would highly recommend checking out his shop. Thanks Jim, love your work!

I love it here! I ALWAYS feel welcome and I ALWAYS have the best service! The staff does their best to make you feel comfortable.

My 5 year old car showed the tire pressure light coming on. Using a manual guage I found it was the driver, rear tire. Assuming it was a slow leak, I took it Goodyear and gave them the details. I had just added air and the warning light was off. When I came back a few hours later, they told me there was no puncture. A stem cap on a different tire was missing. Their explanation was my 5 year old tire had small cracks. I needed to replace the tire and get an alignment. I then took the car to the dealer who found a small nail and fixed the tire. I won't be back.

Although there were only 2 workers, they were very attentive and quick when delivering their customer service as well as being quick in getting the job done. Didn't have to wait the 1 1/2 for it to finish.

I normally only post positive comments on reviews but I wanted to share this. Picked up a breakfast at McDonald’s this morning and when I went to get my drink, I was told I already had it. I pointed out to the woman that I had not in fact, been given my drink. She insisted that I already had my drink. I told her again that I ordered a drink, but never got one. She went away miffed, and proceeded to angrily make the drink I never got, and then handed it to me. Very poor customer service.

Lloyd is a great agent and very attentive and responded on time and kept in touch with both sides of the transaction.
