They basically just have fine jewelry and apparel. A lot of older reviews mention shells and other beachy things but we couldn't find any here

Fun parking lot photo grabs before entering into a really well organized and upscale shop with reasonable prices and wonderful customer service.

Very nice local jewelry at a reasonable price. Helpful service that is not intrusive. Skip Maui divers and go here.

This place is a bit of a optical illusion. Outside has areas for picture taking and then open the doors to kind sales girls, who are knowledgeable of product being sold. This places has prices that everyone can afford from $4.00 turtle necklaces to extraordinary pearls and custom designs.

*affordable for even the frugal shopper

Have shopped here several times over our visits.great experiences I bought a pearl pendant in 2008 and recently lost the pearl. I talked to Elizabeth and she was so helpful. She went above and beyond and I have my beautiful pearl pendant.

Amazing place. A must go in and look around. The outside does not do it justice. The lady's that work inside are great.

Great place. Very helpful folks. Jewelry repair on site. Superb selection of Pearls, especially their French Polynesia in Seagreen or Peacock earrings.

My daughter and I visited Kauai last week. We stopped in to see the pearls offered by the Hawaiian Trading Post and were welcomed by the sweetest girl who spent considerable time with us, showing us the gorgeous diamonds, pearls, and other gemstone jewelry. It was difficult to make a decision on which jewelry we wanted because it was all so beautiful. Plus, their gift shop is so nice with quality clothing. We never felt pressured, and were made to feel very welcome. Excellent shopping experience.

I felt like an obvious mark for a tourist con walking in, but they actually had some reasonably priced trinkets alongside the more expensive items. To their credit, there was zero sales pressure. Be sure to look at the apparently authentic, definitely exquisite Niihau she'll leis on display. Amazing work.

Friendly staff and wonderful selection of jewelry and clothing. Worth stopping at The Crossroads if you’re passing by.

One of Kauai’s hidden gems! Definitely a must stop while on the island. They have the most beautiful hawaiian jewelry and great gifts and souvenirs to take back home for family and friends. The owners are just about the sweetest humans I’ve ever met and have created not just a beautiful store, but shopping experience! Their hospitality is unmatched. There are awesome props outside the store to enjoy when you’re finished shopping!

We stopped to buy some souvenirs, but also needed a restroom. Since you do not provide restrooms I was not able to stay to purchase anything. I will not do business at a place that will not provide restrooms for customers. I understand it is inconvenient and expensive to provide, but necessary.

It says they're open online, and there were no signs indicating that the business was closed until you park and walk to the door. Apparently we set off a "silent alarm" by walking up to the door and the "owner" showed up and sarcastically thanked us for setting off their silent alarm after driving excessively fast through the parking lot. He then tried to quickly turn the sign at the entrance around and started closing the gates that were for some reason open even though the business was closed. I don't get why they wouldn't have just had the gates closed to begin with to signal they were closed.
