Paz Cateil is an excellant Realtor, not to mention a warm and compassionate person. She helps you from beginning to end with any contract or commitment needed to complete your sale or purchase of any real estate. In my case, I wanted a condo on the beach that was at a fairly good price. So she helpled me buy it before someone else bid higher for it. On top of that, I also needed to sell a 3-bed, 2-bath house at a reasonable price to get back money that was invested. She did it all! Again, excellant person and fabulous realtor!
PS-she did this all while I was in Europe on Tour.

I was looking at apartments on Craigslist. One looked amazing but was really a scam. I found the real owner to confirm this, and he said to use Locations Hawaii, the REAL company he uses to find tenants. Locations has been wonderful - and fast - from start to finish. I reached out to them a little over 24 hours ago, and sign a rental agreement tomorrow morning. Shoutout to Adrian for the great service and Shanon too.

Locations took over management of our building about a year ago and have made us recertify our 12 month lease 3 times over that period. The process involves filling out dozens of intrusive forms over the course of 2-3 months and requires employers to file paperwork as well as access to bank accounts. You need to explain every single deposit including venmos, paychecks, and refunds for the past 6 months despite already having explained the same deposits months prior. They regularly "misplace" paperwork you file in person containing SSN and bank account information and require you to file it again.

Kayla has been an absolute nightmare to work with and refuses to email more than one form until the last one is completed and accepted. This is extremely frustrating when you dont own a printer or vehicle and need to travel to a print shop between work shifts. Not only this, but she will wait a week to respond between emails and then tell you the process is only slow because you're taking your time sending each form back.

I am very suspicious of these 5 star reviews all written in an extremely similar tone. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not knowledgeable or trustworthy in my experience. I have not had a single positive experience with any of their employees except for Mary Joy (she is an absolute sweetheart) but is not involved in the excruciatingly long and painful paperwork process unfortunately. I will be avoiding this company like the plague moving forward.

Mrs Shawn Baker was very knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process of selling my property. She worked diligently and always answered any of my concerns in a very timely manner. Definitely helps to know I have some one on my side that has integrity whom I can trust. The property was exquisitely featured on KHON 2 morning news which lead to more than 20+offers. Would absolutely recommend to my family and friends and look forward to working with her in the future.

Janie has been the best realtor I have ever worked with. She has been very professional, and I don't think we could have found anyone better to help us. We had trouble looking for the right house in the beginning, but she found the dream house we were looking for. She still contacted us even after we bought the house to see how everything was going. That says a lot about how much she cares. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a house in Hawaii.
