McDonald's, Kahului HI

I normally only post positive comments on reviews but I wanted to share this. Picked up a breakfast at McDonald’s this morning and when I went to get my drink, I was told I already had it. I pointed out to the woman that I had not in fact, been given my drink. She insisted that I already had my drink. I told her again that I ordered a drink, but never got one. She went away miffed, and proceeded to angrily make the drink I never got, and then handed it to me. Very poor customer service.

Good McDonalds it has some really good items especially the limited time pies. French fries are inconsistent and can vary. Sometimes the fries are soggy, under or over salted but they are usually fried fresh; it’s a bit of a wait though.

Took 45 minutes to get our food. Staff ignored all in store orders and prioritized only drive thru

There was mold on my bread…i was already home so it was too late to complain to them physically

I ordered a medium fries and mcchicken nd my drink was a small mocha frappe, the worker that took my order had a rude attitude, no smile, after i took my order i said thank you.i dont get a "have a great night/day back"

No refills, and poorly made food. At least they got my order right.

Lobby is closed today, because it's currently acting as a daycare for the owner's kids.

Every morning I get 2 drag queens always rude to me they scan my points then pretend they're expired the second time they try, of course they're expired you scanned them twice, problem doesn't exist besides morning. 2 boy-girls, or girl-boys, they're flat out prejudice were not white were not Hawaiian, were not rich so they prejudice against race and class

They'd rather small talk then prepare an order properly, order a quarter pounder with cheese and what I got was fries tossed into the bag and a half cooked quarter pounder no bottom bun and cheese stuck to the side of the box
