Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I’ve already reviewed this place! It is hands down the best fast food restaurant! My son LOVES their bread and he calls it magical! I always have to order more. I would recommend asking for salt for the fries. If you like salt they could use more salt. But overall great food!

Service is great, food is okay. The chicken is definitely not crispy like we like, but they have the good ice (iykyk), so their sweet tea is on point.
Staff has always been super friendly, no issues with customer service at all.

My kids introduced me to this restaurant.
If you like chicken tendies then this is the spot for you but- I'm an adult and as such, I eat regular people food so I'm more disappointed that they got rid of Burger King to make what essentially is a school cafeteria with the space.
The best thing on their menu is the ice. They have the crunchy ice that's is so fun to chew.

Typical fast food nothing special if you need something quick sure this would be the place.

Raising Cane's is always a great pick and this one is tops! First time we were here and it was clean and friendly - had a lot of cool art to look at. Well done!

Tonight was the third time my drive thru order was messed up. Person taking the order was too busy yakking with her coworkers and not paying attention. Finally told her to get my order straight and focus. She was still laughing but finally took my order. Paid for it and left. Should have checked it before I drove off because Miss Clueless screwed it up.ordered a caininator with extra slaw bur what I got was a box dinner, no slaw and only 4 pieces of chicken. Called the Mililani store, spoke with a super and was asked to come back. She was apologetic and offered me a fresh order. After the order was prepped and boxed the porker behind the station slammed my order down on the counter and did the same with my extra slaw and to top it off she gave me a dirty look. The super did nothing to correct her attitude. Laughed at her and walked out. This is the last time I’ll go to Canes……

Update:
Contacted corporate. They were very nice and told me that the Canes in Mililani was a franchise and they would tell the franchisee to contact me to straighten this mess out. That was two days ago and nothing. I’m done. Canes can stuff their chicken where the sun don’t shine. You’re better off patronizing Chick F….

I recommend that you order on their app. It's quick and easy. Food is always hot and fresh.

This place literally made my night from how sweet and energetic the staff was. I got out of the gym after a pretty mid day and found out that the 3 chicken fingers have approximately 47g of protein-! So I was super excited to go out to eat (which is hard because of how expensive living in college is). However, when I pull up to order the guy on the mic starts with a, "yo yo yo- what can i get for ya" and that made me laugh and smile for the first time today. The staff was super nice at the window and gave me ketchup and my order was ready right away, I payed a cool $11.5 and was super excited to eat! (If your a manager reading skip to the end) When I got home I found that the employees gave me one extra chicken finger: ,) this made my day. Thank you so much, this meant a-lot to me today. I definitely will be back at this location soon <3

Such a shame. The food is good (thank God)! I've had my order incorrect several times in the drive through. Tonight i corrected the order at the window and my fault for not checking it again, but yeah.it was wrong AGAIN! Disappointing

Amazing food! The Texas toast is addictive and the cane sauce goes so well with their crisp chicken tenders.

Pretty good food! The chicken is definitely better than most other fast food chain places like this. And they seem to give you a perfect amount of food, rather than too much!

The bread was a nice surprise! It was light and fluffy (vs some biscuit or hard disk/slab of something)

Get at least 1 extra sauce, if you like to use a lot

Always a great place if you're craving chicken. I'm sure if I ate in the restaurant the chicken would have been crispier than drive through, but I still could give it the 5th star.

Sauce is always 5 star, but even the toast was a bit soggy and not as crispy as when I've eaten in the restaurant.

They are not holding to raising canes standards. It appears they are using old cooking oil for the chicken and fries leaving a rancid taste. This is our 3rd bad experience.
