Taco Libre reviews
14This truck is legit! The people here are so friendly too. It seems like they genuinely enjoy working together.
Food is AWESOME. We got the fish tacos and carne asada/pork classic burrito with a side of guac and it was incredible. So fresh & flavorful. Staff is also incredibly friendly and kind as well
These guys are legit! Coming to Hawaii you'd never expect have great Mexican food but Taco Libre and the owners love what they're doing and love feeding the people! I grew up eating Mexican food, real authentic Mexican food, not Tex Mex. Did I already say these guys are LEGIT! Their green verde roasted salsa, LEGIT! The Cali burrito LEGIT! We ate there two days in a row if that says anything. We appreciate you all and the food. Here's to continued success! God Bless!
Outdoors food trucks, loved the food menu and food options. Great service and food! Only downside is that there is limited space
Had guac and chips, and some tacos. Chille Renos was pretty good
We ordered the breakfast burrito, burrito bowl, elote and guacamole. Breakfast burrito was good and the price was good as well (considering the prices of the island). However, the elote was super salty, not really enjoyable to eat.
They don’t call this place ‘the award winning’ taco truck for nothing. It was so yummy! Cristian and his fiancée know what they are doing. They had a table under a tree. Don’t let the size of that truck fool you, big delicious flavors come out of there. We had a veggie taco, carne asada taco, chicken quesadilla, beef quesadilla, elote, shrimp taco and fish taco. The salsas were the best we’ve ever had! This was a taco Tuesday done right! There are other dishes than tacos. They all looked amazing. Go chase down this truck if you are on Kauai! You know the food is amazing if there is always a Hawaiian resident rooster outside. Maholo
The food is delicious! Lines can be a little slow sometimes, but it’s totally worth the wait! People are super friendly as well!
Was a long wait, but definitely worth while great people and great music to listen to while waiting amd eating.
Holy f there is no sense of urgency. If you enjoy waiting in line for 30 minutes to have your order taken and then another 30 to get your food, def check this place out. Otherwise, skip out for literally any other place on the island. I don't think I've ever experienced such an aloof dining experience. Food ok. I've had better tacos.
Popular food truck in Old Koloa Town. Great flavor, comparable with what I've had in Mexico. I got a $13 burrito
I was craving good Mexican food and the pictures and reviews of this food truck got me excited. Well, it wasn’t incredible, just ok.
Cali Burrito is in my top 3 of all time. Bowls are great! Text in your order to save time!
Great seafood quesadillas with solid homemade guac. Carne asada taco was amazingly good with a nice smokiness. Super nice folks! Bonus chickens and disc golf basket.
Tacos were fresh, well seasoned, delicious. Staff very helpful and friendly. Fish tacos were amazing, as was the pork tacos.
