Waiʻalae Country Club reviews
14Don't be surprised if these jerks send their creepy little security guards to threaten to have you arrested for daring to set foot on their precious country club without a membership. Disgraceful way to run a business. Please save your money and get a tee time at Ala Wai Golf Course.
The wall of windows in the Kahala Ballroom provided a wonderful view of the ocean. Staff were super and the food delicious.
Attended a Wedding at this location so not a golf post
The venue wasnt the biggest but they had everything inside set up for the event. Staff was very kind and helpful throughout the wedding always asking for drink orders or helping elderly inside to sit down.
Grest place to unwind, ocean view is stunning. Great food selections especially the Oxtail soup.
Great atmosphere, very friendly people, amazing weather, great day for golf at the Sony Open.
Waialae is a golf course not everyone wants to play.if you are not on the fairway, you have a good chance to lose your ball.the grass are about 6 to 8 inches high.also the wind can make your shot like you don't know how to play golf.very challenging holes but great to play there.
Great food. Was a guest of a member so can't really access unless your a member. Had lunch and food is delicious. Nice view and great service. Dessert was awesome!
What a fantastic spot - food was great - Service staff very friendly - and the ocean view was amazing - I'm coming back very soon - KPJ 2021
Once upon a time, this Club had one of the best Golf video games to ever hit the market. I'm lucky to still own a copy for the Nintendo 64.
It is a great course and the staff are great. It is a wonderful experience for all I recommend.
Purchase a gift from the gold shop and ordered take out from the kitchen. Delivered to my car.
Great dinner at the club, live music, osso bucco, sashimi, misoyaki butterfish, outdoors dining right next to the ocean with a view of Portlock
Dinner poolside on the beach by the clubhouse extension is beautiful marvelous and a nice Hawaiian band two piece simple quiet but not too interfering with the ambiance hence a perfect dial setting for family and friends to get together if you are privileged to be a member of this prestigious institution which has the honor every year of hosting the Sony open. Aloha and be well!
Nice late mid-century clubhouse. The professional golf course dates back to 1920s. Professional catering and service staff - had a great time at an awards ceremony. Can reach clubhouse by TheBus with a short walk, to avoid parking congestion.
