I went in for 40 units of Jeuveau, the product was injected into my forehead (for a lift), 11s lines and crows around my eyes. Unfortunately the placement of the toxin was off on my forehead and now my left brow is droopy. My facial balance is off, I’m no spring chicken, I can’t afford at this point in my life to have a crooked face. I’ve been trying to get creative with my hair styling and My brow pencil but I still look off.

This place is so unsanitary it’s gross the tools they are using on everyone! It also reeks of acrylic there’s no ventilation and no music playing it’s just dead silent. If you’re going to spend your money on nails go somewhere nicer this place is gross! I paid $10 for a gel soak off and this it what they look like.

I’ve always gone to this grocery store and liked it but when I was there recently I saw the sandwich guy spraying and cleaning inside the fridge with cleaning chemicals without removing or covering the food there.
He sprayed it I’m sure it got on some of the food and that’s a safety hazard.

Dear Peregrine staff and to those that this may concern,
I just wanted to thank you and the entire staff at Peregrine for the lovely living conditions and the
quality of life that you were able to give our parents Louise and John Schuyler. From the minute
we saw your facility we knew that it was meant to be and we were so excited to have our parents accepted there. We know that a lot of nursing homes aren't the cleanest or offer the best care let alone much of any activities to stimulate anyone mentally. This intermediate living step was well worth it before a transition into a more intensive care facility was needed. We were so fortunate to receive the level of care that you provided to make our parent's final years enjoyable and dignified. We always enjoyed the apple fragrance when we entered the building and saw the red Cardinal (Mom's Favorite bird) in the tree in the lobby. It always smelled so
good there, the place was always spotless, there were always lots of activities or events going on and everyone was always so helpful to not only us but the residents as well. This brings me to my final thoughts, I especially want to thank Dad's favorite Tara that would be that spark and push back to Dad with their banter they shared. He would always look for her and light up when he saw her practically running down the hallway with his walker when he spotted her. This also goes out to EVERY employee there it doesn't matter if it was Mike from Maintenance to Mary the head of Peregrine not 1 person ever said let me get someone to help you or your loved one. Everyone regardless of their title would always take care of whatever needed addressing right on the spot and with an interaction with the residents that was truly special to behold how they would get the residents to respond with their kind words and gestures. Once again we can't thank you enough for the level of care and commitment that you provided to our Parents and we couldn't recommend you enough to anyone else in this same situation. I honestly can't think of anything that I would recommend that you improve on or that we were dissatisfied with.

Sincerely, Mark Schuyler

The laundromat is cheap, clean, and although the machines are older they are in great condition, and it's open 24 hours, but I'm only giving 3 stars because the company they have in the mat with the vending machines have a coin exchange machine that is misleading. (And it does have a sign saying that the machine only echanges for tokens not quarters, but a mix of quarters and tokens come out, and at night were there are no employees to confirm or deny that the tokens can be used/not used in the laundromat) and to top it all of after losing 10 dollars I thought might awell used the tokens. (ONLY ONE MACHINE TAKES THE TOKENS!) Additonal warning should be added to the current sign, like, "This machine only gives you tokens to be used in the vending machine games, not in the laundromat" this may prevent future misunderstandings and less irrate customers.

Angello did a great job with my taxes. He will be my tax guy moving forward!

Delicious barbacoa/goat quesadilla but LONG wait (almost 30 min) during lunch rush so would only go back if short line

I wished all my medical providers were like Dr. Markey! Besides being an excellent surgeon, he takes an interest in his patients, spends time to explain everything and, most importantly, cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Markey & his staff. I always feel welcome in his practice.

I saw a therapist here for about a year. I had an amazing connection with her or so I thought. Out of nowhere I was ghosted with no explanation. This traumatized me and I’m still afraid to seek out another therapist who will do the same to me, years later. This happened after I cancelled one appointment, I never cancelled or rescheduled the entire year+ I was a patient. It seems this is a pattern according to other reviews. This place is dark-sided.

This was my 3rd & last time staying here. You can tell the General manager is not the best leader based on his response to the issues with my room. My room smelled of pot twice during my stay.

The cleaning staff are either short handed or do not care. My room was filthy.
There was a guy room attendant who was very kind, other wise this hotels cleanliness standards has gone downhill.

The time I needed to speak to the front desk, I stood behind a cleaning woman who continued to tell the front desk agent (Noah) a story of some sort…

When it comes to customer service, when a client walks in, and needs your attention, you stop what you’re doing ESPECIALLY if it’s a mere conversation with a co worker to assist them. That is all. Never keep them waiting, never make a patron feel like they’re not important whether or not you care about them or your job.

Tiffany will always be a kind receptionist and I hope she gets a promotion.
The assistant general manager (her name starts with an I) was also very helpful although she didn’t do much to rectify the situation- at least she showed her attempt to help and care.

This has truly been my favorite springhill every time I have to return to NY for a few days. But I’m happy to stay across the bridge or further north for better service and cleanliness than this.
