Bethany Village

Bethany Village is an amazing facility. I really enjoyed working their. The employees really care and the residents are amazing.

My father, who has dementia, was taken here for a day program they have running. It is meant to be a destination for social time and busy work.
Even though they would not comply with any plan from my sister and I on how to make his transition work, and of course their plan FAILED in a spectacular fashion, I still view them in a positive light.
The program seemed to work for most everyone there. The aides were knowledgeable and kind. The facility was clean and up to date.
Generally, I consider those unwilling to accommodate for my father's (even for dementia) oddball way of viewing the world to be their loss. This time I think he lost out too.

The rehab dept is pathetic.they are so under staffed.they leave elderly ppl to wet themselves and dedicate them selves.they ignore call buttons and when they come for a call bell and you ask for something they don't come back to bring it.they take you places on the floor and park your wheel chair and dont tell ypu why your there or when they will come take you back to your room.it's rehab some of the ppl who come in have never been there and are in a unfamiliar place with unfamiliar ppl and they don't explain any thing at all.also very dirty and old.needs to be seriously updated with employees and the property.also if you go to a nurse station they look at you and look away and don't even ask if you need anything. I hope no one goes there.

This place is awesome! My grandfather was in there for a month for rehab and they were so great to him! The staff was phenomenal! The activity staff always made sure he was included in everything! The nurses made him feel at home an were very compassionate toward his needs! Definitely would recommend!

Grandmother in pain. Nurse Assistant oughta be fired. She mentioned how she "wasn't gonna lose her license over this" when my granddad was trying to hold my grandmother up so she wouldn't fall. No nurses or assistant were there to help her up. She is sick and tired of all of these nurses and assistants who just don't care. I understand this is the Christmas season and it is stressful for these people. But that doesn't excuse the nurses and assistants' disregard for patients in brutal pain.

I just met with the nursing director and educator to plan nursing clinicals and I am blown away. Not what I have seen in other facilities. I spent an hour and a half meeting and touring and didn't hear a single Bell or alarm, unlike other places I have gone. From the moment I walked in until I left the staff and residents were friendly and gracious.

My father was in Bethany Village for a couple of years until he passed recently. Bethany provided a safe, comfortable, caring environment for Dad the whole time he was there. The aides, nurses, therapists, social workers, staff, PA's and doctors all were engaged in their work to help Dad achieve his goals, never losing hope or patience, always with a professional and kind word for him and for us. They really grew to be part of the family as they traveled these final years of Dad's life with us. We couldn't have chosen a better place or a better group of people to take care of Dad when neither he nor the family could. It's an impossibly difficult situation, but Bethany made it endurable, even enjoyable for my father and my family throughout. These people do very important work, and they do it well. My family is eternally grateful, thank you, Bethany Village

The therapy department at Bethany Village is wonderful. They know how to push the patients in a way that helps them reach their maximum potential

Its so nice to see the residents enjoy events, meals, socializing daily! No laundry to do, no home maintenance to do, its like living care free,
and enjoying life!

My mother is always so happy when we visit her at Bethany Village. It's comforting to see her in such high spirits which is definitely thanks to the great aids and staff.
