I wouldn't have known where to start without my Oasis advisor. We were able to place my brother in assisted living within two weeks. The two week period included Christmas and New Years or it would have been even sooner. My advisor pointed out things I never realized I should look for. My brother is very happy with his new home. Matt at Oasis was incredibly helpful with information and guidance. I had absolutely no idea what to do with moving my mom to an assisted living facility and his empathetic answers to all my questions made the move much, much easier. His experience also prompted me to consider topics I didn't even know I needed to think about.

Matt also found placement in less than a week, when we needed help as quickly as possible. He organized the meetings, provided guidance on what to ask, and checked back to make sure we were all set.

I even contacted him again for some more guidance and he happily took my call to help me walk through the options. His availability during a stressful time was invaluable.

When my Mom unexpectedly went into the hospital and my Dad needed care I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. A family friend told me about Matt Gardiner at Oasis Senior Advisors. I cannot say enough about what a load of stress was lifted working with him. Everything was taken care of, even my Mom was able to join my Dad in assisted living with his help. There is no way I could have managed to achieve what he achieved in a little over a week not to mention the compassion and care he gave our whole family through this process. Best call I could have made, I will be recommending him to anyone I know struggling with these issues.

Suzanne N. (Sue) was more helpful than I could ever have hoped for! She almost felt like a family member and she really listened to me… She answered every question, offered information I needed to think about, and would’ve never known, and kept in touch with me by text in phone even in the evenings and on the weekend when I needed her most!
11 months later… I promise you that my mother is happier & healthier than she has been in three years! Sue gets most of the credit for pointing me in the right direction for both the medical and social needs my mom has!
I cannot emphasize enough that anyone trying to make these big life decisions with elderly or disabled need to turn to Sue!

I have not used Oasis Senior Advisors but I have previous dealings with Sue Najowski. Knowing the person she is and how amazing she was to work with; I wouldn't hesitate to call her again! She made the process of placing my Aunt & Uncle in an Assisted Living facility unbelievably easy. She is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable and professional people I've ever done business with. She treats your family like her family and always seems to find a way to get things handled! She's an amazing human being and will most certainly make a difficult situation much easier!

If I ever need to find an alternate living situation for my Aunt & Uncle, she'd be my 1st call and I highly recommend her services!

It was time for my wonderful 89year old father to move to assisted living. But where? How? Oasis members Suzanne Nawojski and Matt Gardiner helped me find the answers. Their knowledge of the process and guidance was invaluable! They set up tours of facilities and answered questions along the way. Soothed anxious nerves as well. I felt I could trust them and I am over the moon happy that I did! It’s been a week since dad moved in and he is VERY HAPPY! It’s a perfect fit! I would give Suzanne 10 stars if I could! They are a Godsend and I will have them in my prayers always, because they are so great and helpful to families who are in vulnerable situations. Call them and listen…you’ll see! So grateful!

Matt, and the team at Oasis not only help my family find a facility for my mother but they also helped us with VA benefits she was entitled to, in fact for the past 10 years but no one ever told us about this survivor benefit.

We cannot say enough great things about Tracy and her service in trying to find a place for a family member. She was positive, supportive, helpful and encouraging throughout the process as well as understanding our specific needs.

Since my dad was admitted to the hospital seven weeks ago, it has been challenge after challenge with the rollercoaster never-ending. Sadly, the medical system was not making it any smoother. I was at a loss so many times. But when my sister reached out to Oasis, everything changed. Matt was so knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately took over and became a spokesperson for us. He streamlined our research, work, and found an assisted living place better than we could have imagined. Forever grateful

The above comment was true when I posted it but since then five stars has to be changed to three. Less than a week after my dad entered the assisted living facility, he was admitted back into a hospital. We are trying to get him out again and Matt ghosted us. It has been two weeks and he isn't answering any messages or calls. It is very upsetting to experience a total 180 with no explanation.

After posting the second part of my review, I did indeed get a call that day (see reply). The ball was dropped but there truly seems to have been a miscommunication and Matt immediately picked it up. Right away everything was back on track. My dad is already out of the hospital!

Sue was wonderful assisting us with my mom's transition from home to the assisted living facility. Knowledgeable, caring, and professional, Sue made us feel confident that we were placing mom in a place that fit her needs.
