SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tuckahoe Westchester County

This was my 3rd & last time staying here. You can tell the General manager is not the best leader based on his response to the issues with my room. My room smelled of pot twice during my stay.

The cleaning staff are either short handed or do not care. My room was filthy.
There was a guy room attendant who was very kind, other wise this hotels cleanliness standards has gone downhill.

The time I needed to speak to the front desk, I stood behind a cleaning woman who continued to tell the front desk agent (Noah) a story of some sort…

When it comes to customer service, when a client walks in, and needs your attention, you stop what you’re doing ESPECIALLY if it’s a mere conversation with a co worker to assist them. That is all. Never keep them waiting, never make a patron feel like they’re not important whether or not you care about them or your job.

Tiffany will always be a kind receptionist and I hope she gets a promotion.
The assistant general manager (her name starts with an I) was also very helpful although she didn’t do much to rectify the situation- at least she showed her attempt to help and care.

This has truly been my favorite springhill every time I have to return to NY for a few days. But I’m happy to stay across the bridge or further north for better service and cleanliness than this.

Worst experience at a Marriott hotel all thanks to the front desk. I am not sure if his name was Ere but he was just the worst and very rude. I asked him a question about the pool and he did not like that I had an opinion. He became super sassy which made me feel uncomfortable during my entire stay.

We rented the conference room for a game-day get-together. The staff was an absolute joy to work with (thank you, Jessica A.) and the food package we ordered was delicious.
The staff was attentive and very helpful and was quick to resolve a few technical issues we experienced (user-error on my part).
Overall a very positive experience.

Had high hopes for this location, but was disappointed.

Check in was pleasant and fast.

The gym was clean.

The complimentary breakfast was okay, it’s the usual eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes or waffles and oatmeal. Dark roast coffee and tea.

The room wasn’t as big as it seemed online, but that was only the start.

Now I understand updating the floors and removing the carpets, but it sounded like elephants were walking in the room above us.

Housekeepers are overwhelmed and overworked, but damn the shower floor, bathroom counters and the floors were filthy.

I have OCD so I clean everything down with Lysol wipes and floor cleaner. I felt so disgusting.

Breakfast was really good and tasty - quite better than other comparable breakfasts I've had at other hotels. The price was a pretty good value for the room. The location is not great - it's a safe, clean, nice residential neighborhood, but there are really no attractions or amenities in the area around this hotel. However, it is close to a train station. So if you're traveling on a budget to NYC and you don't mind taking a train into the city, it may be a good deal for you. The tourist who is looking for an easy vacation will not be satisfied, but the creative tourist who figures out transportation for himself and how to stretch a budget could be pleased.

Amazing place to stay if you have family near by no issues everyone was so pleasant and always helpful we loved this hotel and stay. Just wish we got more towels since it was 4 of us. So I had to call and get the other 2 other than that all was well

Room was beautifully cozy and nothing leaving, even get free bfast, which is a big plus. First time going here and it was worth it. Only thing no pool but it's ok.

Huge rooms, seems newly renovated. Friendly staff. Clean. It was my first time staying but it won't be my last. I may switch from Hilton to Marriott as this is the 2nd great experience I've had with this chain.

Although this hotel was expensive, it was truly a nice hotel, and convenient to event we were attending.

Fantastic property in a quiet, residential neighborhood - walking distance to Metro North. This hotel is my go-to for work, and spurred my change in loyalty from Hyatt to Mariott/Springhill. It's a newer property and well maintained. Breakfast is fine (except Hard boiled eggs? Really? That's lame.). But I gotta say. Front Desk manager Ezekiel and reception Noah were both consummate gentlemen with A+ service. Thank you to these two gentlemen for going above and beyond. Guests matter here.

Newer hotel in a very quiet and convenient location. Great business hotel. Gym with Peloton bike. Nice lobby with pantry and nice breakfast store. Great place to stay and will stay here again when on business.

Great secluded place. The staff was friendly and kind. The rooms were comfy and there are plenty of food options more in town. If you need snacks or beverages or even food, I found a stop and shop about 5 mins away if that. Also pizzerias and bars are locally around the area.

Oh, my, what a beautiful place! The buffet was different every morning and the only thing I wasn't a fan of were the boiled eggs. Rooms were spacious. A vent fan in the bathroom would be nice but I get it.
I only took two photos of the hotel and they were outside. I was there except to sleep, eat and get dressed. Still I enjoyed my stay

Newer hotel. Has the more open room “suite” concept. Very comfortable, plenty of parking. Quiet. They have a bar in the lobby. Breakfast is nice, especially for the price. I stay here often.

Do not rent a room at this hotel I had a really bad experience and I never got refunded. The manager She is useless and clueless after talking to her she is not fit to manage a hotel I don’t understand why they have her working she didn’t care that I was upset sweating it still blows my mind that I was talking to her and she said that she couldn’t do anything about the a/c not working. I slept with no a/c and it was literally 78 degree it was soooo hot! I couldn’t even put my make up on the guy in the front desk is also useless. You will see everyone complaining I repeat do not rent a room in this hotel it’s horrible.they don’t even deserve 1 ️ it’s horrible.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. Definitely worth the price especially if you're going to the local amusement park.
