Management needs some training in customer service. No matter how busy you are there is no excuse to treat prospective tenants in the manner I was treated. Absolutely rude, sign says wait here someone will be right here to help you, be patient. While the other door says do not disturb, in training. After waiting 45 min finally got someone to answer the phone, and was treated like garbage and told they will have to call me back. Didnt take my name just hung up. I was literally standing in the lobby guessing with their signage. Management should plan accordingly to cover business hours they say they are open, if not close and update accordingly. Guess thats why their training, hope it wasn't the rude lady training the new one. Dont think I will need that call back, looking for a home with office staff who are professional.

I was involved in an auto accident. Airbags deployed. I was beat up pretty badly. And then my lower back went out. I called for an appointment and they saw me that same afternoon. When I got to the office, the staff at the front desk were very kind and compassionate to me. I was in so much pain that I felt desperate to get some relief. I am happy to report that each step of my treatment that day was done in a professional, gentle, and caring way that made me feel comforted and gave me confidence that I was in good hands, literally. By the time I walked out of the office that day I could feel the positive effects of all the work done on me. I am new to Roseburg but feel very fortunate to have found such an excellent group of professionals to give me the care I will need to return to good health. I will tell everyone around me about this business.

Mike is the nicest guy ever! Such a genuine person we absolutely adore him and his food is so delicious. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu honestly but my person favorite is the Saj wrap with kebab and hummus on the side. His hummus is next level sooo good! And it’s made fresh everyday, I definitely have it a couple of times a week.

Love a Spectacle and love this place. From the front desk agent to the doctor, Spectacle is perfection. Dr. O'Halloran was thorough and answered every single question I had. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt taken care of. I was immediately greeted by Kirsten who was amazing and also answered every question I had regarding pricing and insurance. I usually purchase my glasses at See, but the frames selection here was just as sleek and cool that I found myself having a hard time choosing just one pair! I can not reccomend this place enough!

Beautiful setting, delicious wines, great pizza and tonight an amazing pianist.

Insanely good coffee with balance. I had a Vanilla chagaccino. The flavor was fantastic, and the sweetness was perfect. It was enough sweetness to enhance the overall flavor, but I did not feel like I was drinking tons of sugar like Starbucks. The coffee also didn't cause me indigestion like most coffee does because the acidity was much lower.
The person working (not sure if owner) was kind and provided excellent service. The shop had a lot of space that wasn't utilized. They did have a couch and some chairs to use, and books for children. Also had a chair and table combo near the door. Several plants throughout the shop.
Overall, an absolute slam dunk. Will be returning and avoiding Starbucks or other similar places.
Oh, and the prices are ridiculously affordable.
Wishlist: Would love to see them utilize this space better, if only to give me more excuses to come hang out. Also, give me a 32oz size option for iced drinks, or just IV bags of your coffee so I can get it mainlined into my veins.

My new favorite spot for a vegetarian Banh Mi! Friendly service, yummy coffee and a cozy spot to shelter from the rain and eat.

I might be going here more often than my muster would allow

Alison at Birth First Doulas was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are so thankful that we found her. I can not recommend her enough. She coached us through an incredibly difficult labor over 10 hours and was there supporting us every step of the way. The level of confidence, friendship and trust both my partner and I felt with Alison was incredible and we were so glad she was part of the biggest moment of our lives. Not only will we be recommending a doula to every single person who asks us about our journey but we will be specifically recommending people to work with Alison.

I really enjoy each and everyone of my Club Pilates instructors. Today I particularly enjoyed Michele L’s class as we used the balsam ball and spring board. My classes keep me strengthen to work on removing trees that fell in our backyard during January storm.

I came to Tim to remove a dent and scratch from my vehicle. When I got to the shop, Tim went to my car and looked at the spot in question. He was very upfront with me regarding the cost and the time to fix the car. Coming into the job would cost more money because of the color of my vehicle, which, to my surprise, was cheaper than everywhere else I went. Upon Tim completing the job, he notified me it was done. When inspecting the spot that got fixed, I could not see any more of the previous dent or scratch. Throughout the process, Tim and his Wife communicated with me and let me know how the job was going. Great job to Tim and his team at ColorAll! Thank you again.
