I come here to see Felicia for all my hair needs ️ she brought me from a dark almost black to a silver blonde quick while maintaining the health of my hair. I can't put into words what an amazing colorist she is and to top it off she gives the most welcoming feeling and is so easy to talk to. (this is coming from a person with horrible social anxiety.)
The environment is relaxing and she really focuses on giving you one on one focus.
All around amazing experience and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had having my hair “highlighted. ” My hair was over processed and then overtoned, twice! (By kayla) First it was pink, then it was a mucky grey. I paid, but explained how dissatisfied I was. I understand mistakes happen, but instead of accepting responsibility and apologizing the stylist berated me, insulted me and then proceeded to post online how ridiculous I was for not being happy with the outcome. I had multiple people reach out to me explaining they’ve had all too similar experiences, therefore, I reached out to the salon owner (I understand each stylist is independent and just rents a booth) because I felt like it looked poor upon the salon as a whole and felt like she would want to know. I am less than impressed with her and her reaction as well. Not a good way to do business. 0 out of 10 recommend to a friend!

Just for guest service so far. Deserae answered sounded upbeat friendly actually answered the phone without sounding annoyed. Excited to get my hair done here in the future already just excited with the phone being answered and a cheerful and helpful person on the other line who was enthusiastic.
