I really enjoy each and everyone of my Club Pilates instructors. Today I particularly enjoyed Michele L’s class as we used the balsam ball and spring board. My classes keep me strengthen to work on removing trees that fell in our backyard during January storm.

I have been attending this studio since January 2022. I have enjoyed every instructor. No two instructors are alike and they each offer a good work out. The weakness is me looking at my neighbor versus listening to instructions

CJ’s classes are so thoughtfully planned and executed. She is a stellar instructor and a joy as a human.

I started going to club pilates at cedar hills over 2 years ago and it was the best decision I made for myself! I feel stronger and healthier than I ever was. Jill is an amazing instructor and I love her classes. There is always a long wait-list for her classes, which says a lot:)

Club Pilates has been life changing for my fitness level, physical strength and state of mind. The instructors keep every class interesting and I never get bored, despite going to classes 5 or 6 days a week. I attend classes at both Cedar Hills and Progress Ridge and love both locations. I would highly recommend Club Pilates to anyone who is looking to feel stronger and improve their mental well-being.

Lori is an awesome instructor. Always an interesting and challenging class. Very clear queues for each exercise. Offers helpful variations and modifications. Helps participants achieve proper exercise form.

Exactly what my body needed after being stuck inside due to snow and ice. Thank you Sammie.

Michelle D is one of the best, if not THE BEST Pilates instructor at Club Pilates, Cedar Hills. Her Cardio Sculpt class is fun, exhilarating, and challenging all at the same time! She does an amazing job of inspiring and keeping us motivated the entire class! Cheers to Michelle!

Don’t go here if pregnant! Instructor Michelle L is incredibly rude to pregnant women.

Michelle L pulled me aside after class and told me that having a pregnant woman in class is distracting and rude to the other members.

When I signed up they told me that each instructor was trained in how to make accommodations for pregnant members. They left out the part where the instructors would shame you for trying to stay and shape and healthy during a pregnancy.

Recommend going to a different studio more equipped to support you during your pregnancy.

I emailed the club medical documents to stop my contract yet they continued to charge me thousands despite me not being able to use the service. Gross way to treat someone going through surgeries and injuries

This was my first time ever trying Pilates and I took the intro class as well. Everyone is super nice, friendly and helpful. Although make sure you read and listen to the terms when signing up, you can’t cancel for the first three months unless you give them the $100 payment. And to freeze is an extra $15. The instructors are nice but I wish they would make you feel more comfortable. I had one class with Judy who was amazing! She stood out to me the most, asked who I was, super helpful and talkative and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She would even get on a reformer herself and showed us how to properly do the workouts, felt like a real workout that day too. She’s the best, wish she would teach more classes.

“Penny pincher” and double standards sort of business.
You’ll have to sign unfair (to you) and unequal agreement and Your life will be spinning around a waiting list you are always on and if you can’t make it after a short notice (3 hours) that you’re in class, you’ll be charged $15 for no show or late cancellation fee.

I paid $1900 for 9 months of membership. But it was not enough for Club Pilates to be loyal and fair.
Management doesn’t care about long term relationships with clients and gonna fight to death over $10 late cancellation fee even if you have an emergency family /work situation.

Also, you’re not free to choose classes you want. You have to pay same amount of money and wait three months until you’re “qualified” to take more advanced classes.
I’m young lady doing Pilates for 20 years, black diamond skier etc but was rejected from advanced classes:) The classes are easy enough for young, healthy, active people, but management prefers to kick you off the club:)

Also they will ask you to like them on social media in order to win small prizes lol

The instructors were all nice but I am now having issues with cancelling my membership. Due to a hectic and changing work schedule I wanted to sign up for 3 months. I was assured I could sign up for 3 months and then cancel. I read over my contract and saw that it said in fine print *subject to auto renewal, even though only 3 payment due dates were strategically posted on my contract. I called before the holidays to cancel and was told to put my account on a freeze since they required a 30 day cancellation notice and it was a few weeks before my payment due date. I agreed and a month later I noticed I had been charged again. I called to ask what's going on and they said they can only freeze accounts for 1 month and it automatically unfreezes. They are also already charging me for next month and refuse to cancel that charge because it isn't before the 30 days. So now I am paying for 2 months instead of paying for 1 if they had just cancelled when I first called them. The manager mentioned they sent me emails which I opened which is true - but all their emails look like automated propaganda they usually send. Maybe I should have dug for more details and read over ALL the fine print, but who has time to do that for a gym membership while running around with life duties? Anyway, be careful when signing up for a membership here.
