Fast, friendly and efficient staff. This is a great store that always has what we need at an excellent price. Thanks team for being awesome!

I tried to return a $2.29 bag of chips because they didn't taste right and the manager said I ate have the bag. The bags are half full when you buy them, and would not let me exchange them. So he was very disrespectful accusing me of being a liar and a theif over a $2.29 item. I was about to buy $100 of groceries but he told me to leave. Remember the prices at grocery out are low because the dates are expired or close to it.
The employees in the past were always friendly and helpful, but The new group of employees are not friendly. Saving a few cents isn't worth being humiliated.

The prices are cheap, cheapest they can be for this unstable economic time but some of the staff (cashiers - esp the older one with long hair tied back into a ponytail) kicked me out of the place cause she had seen me put the bottle of wine into one of their wine bags. I wasn't stealing it I went through the line a d paid for it then I was rudely 86ed from grocery outlet. The rest of the staff are awesome. I pray for this woman because she's so aggressive with her words, body language and scowls at you (not a good look at all). Looks at everyone as if they were a theif. Any hoo, wonderful place and prices

What a great store. Always a fan of grocery outlet. This one is fairly large and very nicely kept.

I love this store. They have lots of food and other stuff for your house and yard and everything.the staff is real nice and friendly. I would recommend you go here and see what great stuff they have at great prices!

It was easy to find what I was looking for. Their prices are very good. They are a lot lower than the other stores in my area

We love the variety and great prices at this store. Staff is friendly overall. The wine sommelier is friendly and willing to listen to suggestions or requests. Always find something interesting, different, unique here

THE EMPLOYEE'S ARE FRIENDLY BUT THE MEN'S BATHROOM NEEDS AN LOT OF CLEANING AND SOME OF THE STALL DOORS NEED TO BE REPLACED

Very kind staff and egar to help customers. Always great bargains definitely help people get threw life at these times especially. My favorite store. Yet a lill work on the stocking shelves to correct prices needs some attention. No one wants to add up their cart especially making the best of what money they have to waste time purchasing things to find they were 5 to 20 dollars more than the price tag said that it laid in front of. The regular daily person would not know to pay attention to reading the cards nor should have to. Its my only irritation other than that they've important to the dalles thank you for your services

That's only the beginning.bought the couple things I really needed, ouch again, won't be back.

We always have great experiences with grocery outlets and this was no exception. Really great selection of candy and snacks that helped make our stay on the coast a lot more fun.

Prices are usually pretty good and the staff is friendly. Sometimes they have a great variety, sometimes not.

Good luck getting any customer service because it's non-existent. Managers are unfriendly and argumentative. The prices are more expensive than other local grocery stores.

I was amazed that the store did not have empty shelves like all the big box stores most of the time have had lately. And I will admit this was the first time I went into and/or purchased anything here at grocery outlet.

I am rating this store high because of pricing. If you are looking for very specific ingredients you are probably not going to find everything you need.but most of it.

I love that they have so many organic products available that are not available anywhere else in this town.
