Dr. Norris and her staff are extremely friendly, caring and compassionate. What a fabulous team. Dr. Norris is the most thourough, caring, and thoughtful dermatologist I've ever had. So experienced, she's effecient, and quick but leaves you feeling like you're the only/most important patient of the day as well. Wonderful care.

I arrived 4 min late for my first appointment, with paperwork already filled out in my hand. (yes, it was 4 min, I checked as soon as I got to the front desk). They told me I would have to wait “a long time” or reschedule. Given, that I had arranged child care for this visit, waiting wasn’t an option. I, too, work as an outpatient healthcare provider. If you don’t have enough flexibility built into your schedule to accommodate 4 min late, then you are definitely over-booking or don’t give a damn about customer service. I will not be back.

I love this place and the people there. I have had a very good experience with all the staff there and have seen amazing results.

I just left in tears and I am beyond upset right now. My appointment was scheduled today at 12: 30pm and I had never been to this location and let me say it’s not in the easiest location! So I walked in at about 12: 32pm and the receptionist was on the phone. My boyfriend and I patiently waited for her to get off the phone. (which isn’t a big deal) when the receptionist got off the phone she was really nice and apologized for the wait! She asked for my insurance card and i.d and I was standing their and a woman behind the desk in lime green scrubs to be exact with white t-short under cane up all the sudden and said “you have to reschedule your appointment to 2pm today” no sorry, no questions to ask me why I am now 5-10 minutes (mostly because I had to wait for the receptionist) and I am beyond shocked that I was treated like this in this facility. No one told me to come 10 minutes early or anything. I’m now crying in your parking structure and extremely upset that that nurse to the left of the front desk treated and talked to me like that. I will not be back at 2pm today actually I will never be back. I asked for my cards back and walked out and they didn’t say anything to me. If you want to be treated fare and with respected, DO NOT COME HERE.

I was referred to Dr. Norris for patch testing. I was so impressed with staff and Dr. Norris i would recommend her to anyone, who is looking for a Dr that listens.

Never answers the phone the shut off the phone systems early before they close and will not work with you because it doesn't benefit them extremely rude
