Management needs some training in customer service. No matter how busy you are there is no excuse to treat prospective tenants in the manner I was treated. Absolutely rude, sign says wait here someone will be right here to help you, be patient. While the other door says do not disturb, in training. After waiting 45 min finally got someone to answer the phone, and was treated like garbage and told they will have to call me back. Didnt take my name just hung up. I was literally standing in the lobby guessing with their signage. Management should plan accordingly to cover business hours they say they are open, if not close and update accordingly. Guess thats why their training, hope it wasn't the rude lady training the new one. Dont think I will need that call back, looking for a home with office staff who are professional.

Denied reasonable accommodation as a 100% service-connect P&T Veteran. Truly the worst experience I have had to endure in public living.

I’ve lived here for over 4years, new Management has been extremely kind! They are always there to help solve problems or answer any questions. Also, completes maintenance issues so quickly. New management has made living here feel so safe, clean, and secure knowing their tenants are always taken care of. Thank you for all you do.

I have been looking for a apartment and haven't had much luck. I came across Sandyplace and had the opportunity to get a tour of the apartment and check out some of the anamities they have to offer like the gym, pool and year round spa and more. I recommend checking them out before wasting your time else were.

Michaelyn is a wonderful lease manager! Maintenance of property is very efficient. Very nice apartment homes. Quiet with no drama! Close to downtown Sandy.

My experience living at Sandyplace started out great. However, the last several months of my lease did not go well at all due to extremely loud, rude disrespectful neighbors above me that also had dogs that continued to bark at all hours. The staff did try to have them evicted but this took months and still did not happen. I tolerated extreme circumstances with great understanding towards the apartment management in this situation but decided to move out.
I later received a letter that I would not be receiving my deposit back plus I still owed several hundred dollars more due to cleaning fees etc. (which is really great when I tolerated the dogs above peeing on their porch down to mine)
I can tell you that I left that apartment far cleaner than when I moved in.
All that to say I was very disappointed in the fact that although I was a resident that paid on time, didn’t create drama etc when I really could have/ should have that it didn’t matter. I probably should have stood up for myself more but just know when it comes down to it no matter they are running a business and will get every dime they can when it’s all said and done. It really could be a great place to stay but it’s just not how I think you should treat people.
I’m more of a believer that you should treat people like you like to be treated.
So all that to say in the end I was disappointed in staying at Sandy place.

The management team is amazing! They are quick to respond, friendly, care about the residents, and try to solve anything that comes up asap. I'm not a fan of apartment living but the team makes it feel like home.

The staff was originally pretty great but eventually they took worse and worse care of the property and routinely failed to replace dog waste bags, keep the pool clean, or keep common areas clean. Access to the gym was lost for 30 days because they couldn’t repair the key fob. At move out inspection the maintenance worker said everyone looked great with very little damage and then the management company kept the entire deposit. I would live somewhere else if you are looking in the Sandy area.

We will be moving out of out apartment after 2 years of living here. I give the staff that works onsite 5 stars! The manager, Michealyn is very kind, and understanding. We have had issues with neighbors and she always listens whole heartily. The maintenance manager, Joe, has always been prompt and thorough. He is always friendly and knows his stuff!

As for C&R, they get zero stars. This company is another greedy corporation. After our first year, they hiked up rent $200/month. Then after our second year they offered a $100/month increase. We will not be staying for a third year. The buildings are nice looking, however they built these so fast there are many flaws. Air comes through most of the windows and both our doors. Our heat bill for 980 square feet is $200/month. Since none of the doors line up they do have issues staying closed. If you so much as look at the white counters wrong, they will stain. They did not use waterproof sealant around the bathtubs/toilets/showers. It flakes right off if it gets wet and the trim on the wall gets damaged and stained. The tracks for the closets on the floor are purely for decoration. Not even screwed in. Things appear to be "nice" but they are just "ok" in my opinion. It's certainly not luxury, just newer. I will say I can appreciate the heat/ac unit provided. They will charge you an additional $100/month to have a washer and dryer included in your unit.

I’d like to say that the new manager Michealyn, has been doing so much to better Sandyplace in all areas that need attention! We appreciate that she is enforcing the rules of Sandyplace so the residents can enjoy a nice, clean, peaceful and pretty place to live. After all- what is society without rules? ! We all want to live and come home at the end of the day to a nice, safe, well kept, community! Michealyn is also warm and friendly, and ready to help in any way she can- as quickly as possible! Welcome Michealyn!

Awesome Hot Tub and amenities. Highest rent in the area yet the management/maintenance team really does their best to take care of the property and keep their residents happy.
