Terrene at the Grove, Wilsonville OR

My girlfriend and I checked out 5 different apartments, and Terrene at the grove was our favorite in Wilsonville. A big part of this was our experience with Celest, the leasing agent we worked with she was ridiculously Helpful and friendly! 5 stars for her.

The complex is clean, very aesthetically pleasing and has lots of garbage centers for easy access. Rent seemed a bit high, especially since car ports were an extra 75 or so (just the covered areas, not the garage) and parking is some of the worst I've experienced. The rooms are very spacious, but personally we felt the floor plan was not optimal as it tends to have you wondering how to use the enormous open space. Management, however, was excellent. Maintenance requests were prompt and professional and we solved all issues quickly. It's fairly close to some shopping centers, but living right next to the highway made it so opening the windows was like having cars driving through your room. Overall, a little pricier than I would have expected for certain furnishings or room quality, but nothing majorly wrong. Would give 3.5 stars if I could.

Terrible parking!

Terrible layout of the complex, clearly money and how much they could charge on rent was the one and only factor here. Artificial amenities and the garages are ridiculous, no power outlets and they only have one receptacle and it’s just for the garage opener if that’s not greedy I don’t know what it is!

Many other well-established communities here Wilsonville! Keep looking!

An excellent place to live. Its clean, with great placement to everything else city-wise. We've been here almost 2 years now and haven't had any issues. Its tough to find a nice place to live without having to go deeper into the city. Celeste, Alyssa and the office manager Jennifer are always extremely kind and helpful whenever we have any questions.

Lacking in parking space and they have security that patrols, handing out parking tickets like candy.

I have been living at Terrene for almost 2 years now and absolutely love it! The neighbors are friendly, maintenance requests get done quick, the office staff are all great and the apartments are beautiful and modern. I have lived in many apartments in my life but Terrene is by far the best.

This is a nice place place to live. Residents are quiet. The only noise problem is the major highway right beside it.

My apartment is empty weeks before the end of my lease, my 2 garages are not. The governor has ordered people to stay home due to a pandemic. I called to ask if I can extend payment on my garages beyond the end of my lease, so I do not have to rent a uhaul (who knows who had it last or if uhaul is even open) and put my family at risk. They told me I will need to extend my apartment lease to do that. For 2 garages, the cost will be almost $2,000. That is gouging in the face of crisis. The governor ordered us to stay home. Jennifer took a condesending tone and was unwilling to compromise. Said they are not changing their business practices for the pandemic, but they closed the fitness center and clubhouse. They can call me when willing to compromise. I'm calling the gouging hotline.

Terrene was unsympathetic to our dilemma regarding renting a garage for one more month past out lease due to virus related restrictions and limited access to moving trucks. They care more about money then the health of the residents.

Move in process was very rushed by the management and keys were not ready on the move in day even though they rushed us. Workers did not give full info on move in so make sure to ask lots of questions multiple times.

Caesar was great.friendly and very cheerful. He was there about 30 minutes after I submitted the work request. He couldn’t fix my washer however because the parts on hand weren’t the right ones. My washing machine still smells.

Loving it at our new home. Maintenance requests get handled fast. Staff is warm and friendly and proactive about addressing the concerns of the community. Feeling at peace with our new place

I've lived at Terrene for over a year now. Jennifer and her team have been great to work with. So much so I decided to extend my lease. The apartments are very well kept and pleasure to come back to after a long day at work. As an executive who travels often this location has been the perfect mix of distance to PDX for flights out and the convenience of close by amenities. I can't say enough about living here.
My personal thanks and appreciation Jennifer to you and the team for making a guy who lives in Texas but works in Oregon feel at home.

We just finished signing and moving in with Terrene yesterday. After a pretty extensive search of about 15 apartments in Tualatin and Wilsonville, this property stood out to us. High quality and clean facilities, great neighborhood, accessibility to good grocery stores, I-5, etc. What really sold us on the apartments though was the amount of natural light in the rooms (they feel open and bright) and the quality of the cabinets. To clarify, all of the details are nice but a complex that will invest in good cabinets shows they care about the lived experience of their residents and aren't just throwing on a nice coat of paint. Anyways, the complex is nice - I think if you visit it will stand out for you.
Facilities aside, the management has also been good to us. Throughout the move-in process we worked primarily with Celest, who was excellent about communicating and keeping us updated through every step of the process. We also were able to interact with Alyssa and Jennifer, and they were both great, too. If you're looking for housing in the area, I would recommend checking out this complex.

Been at Terrene for the last two months and it was honestly one of the best choices I’ve made. The inside is really modern and nice probably the best in the area. The location is also perfect, store and parks are within walking distance. The staff in the office is also great, very friendly and helpful when needed. I signed my lease for a year and I’m glad I did. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking to live in this area. Also, yes parking does suck on weekends but it’s first come first serve so as long as your not out too late you’ll be fine

I haven't officially moved in yet but when moving some stuff in I noticed some chipped paint. When I notified the office on Saturday, they told me it might be Sunday but because they're short-staffed that day it might be Monday and it was done by Monday afternoon. I even ran into the maintenance man as he was coming out and I was moving things in and he was super friendly and welcomed me! It was such a nice first interaction!

Ceasar was SO incredibly helpful, he had a great idea on how to fix the closet hardware right away (creative thinking!), and not only did he leave me paint but he did the painting I was going to do! THANK YOU CEASAR, and to Jennifer in the front office for scheduling!

5 stars hands down. Huge, modern apartments. Top notch staff (Jennifer and Alyssa) are AMAZING. I have been here for approximately 3 months. I have enjoyed every minute of it. My apartment is spacious almost 1,800sf, it's modern and very well maintained. The few times I've needed maintenance they have responded right away and took care of it. Ceaser the maintenance man is one of the friendliest and most helpful people you could meet. Thank you guys for doing what you do.

This is one of the best places we've ever lived. Our unit is spacious and clean, the grounds are kept in great shape, the office and maintenance staff are all really amazing, and the community of residents here are all very friendly. It has a 24-hour fitness center, large swimming pool area, an Amazon Hub, it's located within walking distance of Town Center and easy access to freeways. What more could anyone ask for? I haven't had a living situation this plush since I was in my mother's womb. Some issues I've heard from other people.yes, parking is a little tight on weekends, but if it's an issue for anyone then there are reserved/covered parking spots and garages available for rent so problem solved. Yes, there is no air conditioning in the rooms so you may need to buy your own AC unit (not a big deal at all). Another reviewer mentioned the water tasting like chlorine.this is a city issue, not the complex's fault. Just get a water filter if you don't like the taste (I don't mind the water taste but my wife prefers filtered water so we use both filtered and unfiltered water in our unit and it works out great). Honestly, I can't think of any major issues with Terrene At The Grove. This place is just absolutely wonderful.
