The Ardea Apartments, Portland OR

It's now been just over a month since we moved into The Ardea. Danielle & Meta did a fine job guiding us through the lease and move-in process. They kept us well informed. So far, the building is inviting and clean and the unit is comfortable and quiet. The concierge crew is friendly and informative. I've not yet spent much time with the maintenance folks, but they seem attentive and responsive. We're meeting neighbors almost daily. It's been a good start for our new home.

I absolutely love living at the Ardea and it's my 7th year living here. It's great place to call home! I have consistently experienced the best residential support services, couldn't have asked for a better management company. The Ardea management operated by great people. The building has stunning views and access to the river & biking paths, high quality interiors, great amenities, the gym so spacious and always clean.
Last, I enjoy living at the Ardea and special thank you for all the team for the wonderful job they do every day!

Just moved in and it was like no one checked anything in the apartment to see if it worked before leasing the property to me. The shower was broken, the exhaust fan over the stove doesn't work, all the door locks and seals had to be fixed or replaced. Really shoddy pre-move in. Try harder. $2800 for lackluster effort and constant dog piss in the hallways and elevators. Not sure what the point of having a concierge is if they're never at their station. Moving soon.

The views are spectacular. The front desk is very helpful. They even have a coffee station and doggie bags and treats for that special love one. Very clean and comfortable living.

The Ardea is such a great spot. I was able to attend their summer event and they went all out for their residents. Very impressive

Still love being here after four years. On-going remodeling, including an improved gym, keeps the place fresh. Weekly happy hours and occasional 'block parties' provide an opportunity to meet folks. Friendly and responsive staff make it all the better.

I recently moved here from an apartment building owned by the same company, Security Properties, in the Pearl. I had high expectations from my experience at my last building. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. Danielle, Logan, Meta, and everyone at the concierge desk have exceeded what I ever expected. There are many other names I still need to learn, but regardless, everyone goes out of their way to ensure questions get answered, and problems are solved. If I ask a question, no one has ever said, "It's down the hall to the right". They say, "I'll show you; follow me. " The Ardea is the first building that brings my packages to my door. I love the apartment, the appliances, the views. I love it here. Before moving to the S Waterfront from the Pearl, my only concern was the lack of restaurants, bars, etc, but that hasn't been an issue, and there is more on the way based on the construction. I especially love the Thursday Farmers Market. I have zero complaints. It's a great community.

Logan Turner from the Ardea leasing team provided first class customer care with high class, sharp, and smart style during our initial visit! He is the perfect match to represent such a beautiful and exclusive property. He helped finalize our decision to move into the Ardea all thanks to his wonderful care! Second to none! Thank You!

The improved lighting in the garage is greatly appreciated! So much easier to see white gray, black cars in the mirrors.

I have been in the Ardea for 2 1/2 years now and I don't think I ever want to leave! Everyone on staff has been nothing but terrific to work with. Mani, Meta, Tori and everyone in maintenance, Liam, Roy and Edwardo have been fantastic. They are always right there when you might need them and do a great job fixing anything that might need fixing or any questions I might have. The Guest Apartment is wonderful to have available and has been a life-saver when I needed it for family visits. Thank you everyone for being so responsive and delightful. Feels like a little bit "family".

Where to begin!
Our move in process with Logan was one of the most seamless transitions we have ever experienced. All of our questioned and needs were met so promptly & he was so accommodating to our requests. He was extremely knowledgeable about every detail of the unit we ended up in & the others we viewed as well.
We have been here since February and I can honestly say this is the most comfortable and safe place I have ever lived in since moving to Portland in 2015. We are expecting in august & I feel so relieved to have a place I can call home here!
The building is very well taken care of, the amenities are awesome- we get an espresso everyday!
The maintenance team is also so great, whenever we have had an issue (very few and far between) they always see us same day, and usually within the hour we call. Concierge delivers our packages and also helps out with any last minute questions we have and are always so incredibly friendly.

I’m fairly new to Portland and the staff, leasing, concierge, and facilities have been terrific. Whenever I have an issue, someone responds immediately. Eduardo and Roy (aka Rogelio) came to help hang a mirror and then fixed items that weren’t part of my request without prompting. Great guys. And Meta has been wonderful. She met me at OHSU when I had to have someone walk me home from a procedure. Above and beyond! And the girl knows how to throw a party. Our Cinco de Mayo party was unexpected and a delight. Hats off to a wonderful group of people. They. She mine and many people’s life much much easier. I appreciate them and living here.

I am a recent resident of The Ardea and I can say 100% that the service, staff and living environment is the best in Portland. If you are looking for a great place to live with kind and responsive leasing agents and an awesome concierge staff to this is your place! We just had an amazing Cinco de Mayo event (thank you Mehta and Daniella for planning it out) and look forward to many other events that bring the community together.

I moved into The Ardea a few months ago and had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Danielle in the leasing office. I had a lot of questions and Danielle handled them all with aplomb and professionalism. Additionally, I have lived all over the United States and Portland, but really have not had better communication at all points of the move-in process or after. Finally, the process to complete the application, get into the different systems for the building, and working with maintenance on a few issues was so easy and seamless. I highly suggest checking out The Ardea and working with Danielle if possible!

My husband and I lived in the Ardea for 2 1/2 years before moving out to do some traveling overseas. Before we returned to the US, we reached out to Meta to see if she could help us find a new apartment. Even though we will still overseas at the time, Meta kept in close contact with us through email and showed us several units via video. She helped make our decision to come back to Portland an easy one and made the transition seamless. Since we hadn't seen the apartment in person, we were extremely pleased with what was waiting for us when we opened our door! Great job Meta! We were also pleased with the many changes that the Adrea did while we were away! The lobby, concierge, and mail room layouts are beautiful and well thought out. And the new state of the art gym is like no other in the neighborhood with top-of-the-line equipment and large spaces for everyone to work out in! Well done! It's been great being back at the Ardea to experience all the new changes, and to see old familiar faces and to meet some new ones! Thanks for everything, we're happy to be back!
