Was charged way too much. Way overpriced. I go to other shops and their prices are, literally, almost half.

This is the only dispensary I use. Always feel welcome and well taken care of. They have great deals and great staff and being walking distance makes it even better.

Always a great spot when I’m in Gresham, some of the best low costing pre-roll rolls in town are here!

This has been my go to store for years. But I’m never coming back here again after our experience with Carrie this evening. I get that it’s Black Friday and retail sucks but we were met with such hostility from her that it immediately put us off. And for someone dressed so festive it was astounding that her attitude did not match. Every product we asked questions about she responded with annoyance and clear anger that we had the nerve to ask about a product. Everything we picked out she slammed into the box. As we were checking out my husband remarked at how long the line was and Carries responded nastily “it only backs up when people are indecisive”. Like WOW. We literally spent 6 minutes with this woman and it was the worst six minute of my week. Happy Holidays.

Been shopping for weed at Green Planet for a couple of years and have had nothing but good experiences until tonight. The cashier (the only male there) was very aggressive with myself and his employees and when I asked to be checked out by else he told me to leave “his store”.

Was happy with Green Planet up until the jerk I met today. If you need weed there are better alternatives.

I agree Carrie is very rude and disrespectful she doesn’t answer the question correctly and she is very displeasing she makes customers never wanna come back

Great deals and a wide selection of flower. The budtender we had (long red hair) took the time to answer our questions and made us feel like valuable customers.

Good for lower quality/cheaper flower but I’d recommend staying away if you’re looking for higher end product. I purchased 2g for 28$ and what I received is very old and dried out. Packaging shows a harvest date of 3/29/23. Today is November 1,2023.
In my opinion: If I’m spending that much money for 2g of flower it shouldn’t be old and dried out. That product should’ve been taken off the top shelf and discounted. It shouldn’t be on me to check the harvest date prior to purchase when I’m buying “top shelf” product

Came in totally lost, was looking for some pre rolls and wow prices are low in Oregon, good deal too was potent “berry pie” thurs evening staff knew what to recommend me for my budget and I was on my way quickly.

I come here pretty regularly, and love the selection. Today was an awful experience though. There were 3 employees when I walked in, the 2 women that were working were already helping customers and the guy was just stocking. The guy didn’t say welcome or acknowledge me and he was the closest to the door when I walked in. I’m assuming he is the supervisor because as I was checking out, he started asking the girls who left the flower on the counter, and kept saying that’s a “no, no”. He repeated this and got louder with it until one of the female employees (Angelica) took accountability.

I’m still checking out while he is rudely questioning both female employees for a mistake at work. And then he started berating the female employee named Angelica, because she gave him a little attitude.

My experience was awful today because of this guy. It’s one thing to mention the issue once, but I would never repeatedly correct workplace issues with employees/coworkers in front of customers and I would never treat an employee/coworker like that in front of customers like this guy did to his employees/coworkers today.

Friendly laid back staff. Great selection - they carry Avitas cartridges! Will be coming back!

Friendly staff, and helpful with all my? I live 2 blks away, but hadn't shopped here. Went in when they 1st opened, prices were too spendy, so Lucky Lion got my business (weekly $100 plus) purchases. No longer have my car, so I thought I'll try Planet Green again. They've got more products, many deals, and a loyalty program now. So because I support locally, I'm now a regular.

I live right down the road from this place. I like coming here for pre-rolls, but they have a very wide selection, and if you don't like cramped spaces, like a lot of pot shops have, this one is different. It has a very large center location for guests. Staff is always friendly. Even when slow, I've always seen 2-3 people and gotten helped within minutes, and I am always greeted at the door.

I am extremely unhappy with the customer service I have been given lately. Seems like no one with any tact or compassion is running this store, just an angry old lady whos rude af and needs to realize that not everyone is her child.

I've been coming to this location since it's opened and have LOVED coming here, so much I brought my father in law here, he traveled from Arkansas. Before this, I was a regular at Nectar. Green planet has been my go-to till TODAY.

I've never met this person before, but DO NOT get your services from Cary. She is discriminating AND unknowledgable to me and my father in law. I have never experienced this level of service here and to be honest I'm extremely disappointed as you have lost weekly sales from me. I hope you do something about Cary as you will be losing business from her.
