I was involved in an auto accident. Airbags deployed. I was beat up pretty badly. And then my lower back went out. I called for an appointment and they saw me that same afternoon. When I got to the office, the staff at the front desk were very kind and compassionate to me. I was in so much pain that I felt desperate to get some relief. I am happy to report that each step of my treatment that day was done in a professional, gentle, and caring way that made me feel comforted and gave me confidence that I was in good hands, literally. By the time I walked out of the office that day I could feel the positive effects of all the work done on me. I am new to Roseburg but feel very fortunate to have found such an excellent group of professionals to give me the care I will need to return to good health. I will tell everyone around me about this business.

Umpqua Chiropractic is the best. I was in Roseburg visiting my mom and my lower back was hurting alot. My sister told me to call them to see if they can help me. They got me scheduled within a hour. They took the time to explain the treatment. They did a massage and then Dr. Chris used the chiropractic clicker to adjust my back. I told him that i had ringing in my ear for the last year. He used the clicker on my neck. I no longer have ringing in ear. I have tried other chiropractors and ear doctors, with no success. Many Thanks to Dr. Chris and his wonderful staff.

The combination of massage followed by a chiropractic adjustment has been incredible at providing me longer lasting relief than adjustment alone. I highly recommend this combo treatment.
The doctors and staff are friendly and efficient. Everyone is always on time. And, they take my insurance.

From start to finish an excellent experience. I recently moved back to the area. Woke up Saturday in excruciating pain. Had no idea where to go since the last chiropactor I visited in the area wasn't a good experience. A friend recommended and I'm so glad he did. I walked in was greeted professionally and with kindness. Went back they listened to my concerns did some mobility testing. Asked how I preferred adjustments. After the Dr adjusted me I'm sore as expected but the pain is so much better. Look forward to my next appointment to continue the healing and start the muscle memory process.

10/10 I will always choose this clinic. They are magic life changers that is all I can say. I will recommend to everyone and anyone!

Dr David and his staff are excellent.very friendly I have both nephews work on me I feel a lot better more work to go but improving.massage therapist. Amy, is very professional and precise. Jenna and, Rochelle, very caring and concerned.abut my feelings we get a good laugh and her 15 min massages are wonderful.what a stress relief after leaving. Nickysha at the front desk is very friendly. Sara is very helpful with the billing part of it. I recommend this place it is the BEST. I’ve pulled a muscle and it’s wonderful tonight. Chris is very nice and concerned. The lady that massage me today was excellent forgot her name.

Umpqua chiropractic is amazing. The girls at reception are always top of their game. The chiropractic assistants are all talented masseuses and the chiropractor Doctor Ryan is a magician with his clicker! They all make me happy once a week! Love them all! Great work guys!

Everyone is very welcoming! Each masseuse has their own unique style so you can figure out who works best for your needs. They listen to you, they report it back to the dr and that’s a big plus for me because a lot of the time I forget what I want to tell the dr. Dr. Ryan is amazing at his job, he’s always up for doing different techniques when adjusting my back and neck. I always feel great, better from when I first walked into the doors.

Dr. Reuben was quick, clear, and kind. They had an opening available soon after I initially called instead of making me wait 3 weeks for a new patient appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure to check back in after I finished to make sure I was healed up well.

Umpqua Chiropractor is a wonderful group of caring people who take the time to listen and understand their patients needs. Dr. Ryan is a well-rounded and knowledge doctor who does venture to think outside the box. I am grateful for the team's assistance. It certainly has been a pleasure getting help from these folks. Well first thing I noticed was all the staff had smiles in their faces as if happy to be at work. All the staff I had interacted with were kind an helpful. It just has a warm good homie feel in the atmosphere of their office. Can't wait to go back.

Everyone was great made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
I cant honestly remember the front desk girls name but she was fantastic.
She also filled in to do the rub down portion and tho it was my first visit I feel pretty darn good.

The staff here are wonderful people. Dr Rubin is the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to so far. He focuses on you as an individual and not as another number. This place is awesome!

These people have a heart of gold! They have been an amazing part of my care team through the past 2 years. The office staff has been helpful with scheduling my appointments around my crazy schedule. They also help make sure you get the best care and try to accommodate to your needs as best as possible. The doctors have been a huge part of the process as well. When I started getting treatment with them, we weren’t sure what the issue was. I recently had to have a fusion which was a shock to all of us. They have helped tailor my visits and treatment to what is best for me. The doctor has always asked what my surgeon says so he can help support my healing the best way possible. They are like family and I highly recommend them!
