Love this place! Josie is very Friendly The staff is responsive on handling workorders, & the management company is really outdoing themselves. The Apartment logo signs are really nice and awesome updated pool.

I bought some tires online and came here to have them installed. Super friendly and fast. Even asked what psi I wanted on my 3/4 ton truck. Fair prices for mount and balance. I live in the area and will use these guys in the future.

I lived here for about 14 months and I loved it, great apartments. My very first actually. Majority of the reviews are accurate, the parking was an issue so we did decide to get a covered parking. Never had parking issues after that, they do tow but it's honestly not that hard to follow the rules, if you do have visitors, register their car or it will get towed. They send out emails every week telling you the parking rules. You will not get towed if you followed the rules. The messy halls and dirty elevators is not their fault they clean but residents just let their dogs pee in the elevator, some residents living there for some reason do not know how to clean up after themselves or their dogs, and they somehow cannot throw a bag of trash into the dumpster. Maintenance was always quick and did a great job. Property was very peaceful never had issues with anybody. Clubhouse was definitely a fun place, regret not taking advantage of it, loved playing pool in the clubhouse. I definitely recommend this place to anybody such a peaceful and beautiful area.

Amazing experience! I love the Max Detox/ body con package. I felt really great right after the detox. Chioma is so sweet! Made me feel at home. I will recommend everyone to get this spa treatment. Everyone deserves this! Will def come back again.

My wife and I recently bought a new construction home in December 2022. After closing, the house needed some final touches. Hence, we did what other DIY enthusiasts would do - we read reviews and watched YouTube videos on backyard remodeling. While watching hours and hours of videos, we stumbled upon McKinley Construction Management and fell in love with their work. We watched Cody's Coffee and Construction and the other testimonial videos, and they helped us decide to use McKinley over other services. We spoke to a few other services but felt disconnected from them. After meeting with Ronnie Goldsmith to get the project rolling, we devised a design we liked.
Once the design was in place, we secured financing with MCM's assistance, making the process much easier. We then met with Ronnie, Cody, Marycates, Kali, and Berto, and we were so happy with their friendliness and professionalism. Watching the videos made it feel like we already knew Cody, who was pleasant to work with. Marycates took care of all the needed HOA approvals and permits and smoothly completed the project's logistical part. Kali Stewart was fantastic at informing us of any issues that needed attention, and Berto was also wonderful to work with. Ronnie Goldsmith was our first point of contact, and he was always there to answer any questions or concerns. He was a valuable resource that we were glad to have to achieve our vision. Ultimately, we were thrilled with the results and highly recommend McKinley Construction Management to anyone looking to add value to their home. Remember, your investment is essential, and you deserve the best in making your home beautiful.
