Havent been to the center yet just trying to get an apt scheduled for my daughter and so far I have been hung up on, interrupted multiple times, and the lady was very rude. Also still can't get an abt scheduled even after sending the referral.

Never in my life have I met with such a rude and unprofessional person in my life. During Consultation. The doctor stated that she recommended my 2 year old daughter to get her front tooth removed due to a fracture. I let her know that I wasn't very comfortable with that and she said that's okay I can think about it and we can still treat her other cavities. Well come day for surgery I find that not only did she want to do gas, but also do a iv for Anesthesia. Something I also wasn't very comfortable with. But I proceeded to sign the papers anyways. I then requested to speak to the dentist to be sure she knew that I wasn't comfortable removing the tooth at this time since it's not infected or anything. This woman then tells me my daughter will End up getting an Abscess and if she puts a cap on it She runs a higher risk of losing the tooth sooner than later. Then she proceeds to tell me that if I don't agree to remove the tooth she isn't going to do anything at all to help us and any further and walks out of the room. Very rude!
Obviously only cares about that insurance money. Clearly don't care for patients at all. My baby was left untreated only because we didn't want to pull a tooth that wasn't infected!

. We have since found a new dentist who is pleased to save my daughters tooth. They also are willing to exhaust all sedation options before going straight to using a iv.

Go somewhere else this the worst place to go for a sleep study. They took for ever to contact me to set it up and then took a month to get my results after they said it would only take week
