4 What a terrific experience. Marty delivered as promised. And Sean the delivery and installation guy is one of a kind. I highly recommend Aqua Living to everyone. After reading some of the negative reviews, I must admit that there were times that I was wondering about my decision, but this company is terrific and their competitive price is outstanding. My guess
is that anyone that said anything negative about Marty is because you approached your situation in a position that put Marty in a defensive position. I highly recommend Aqua Living and Marty to everyone. Their price is the best and their product is excellent. I promise that I was not persuaded in any way to write this review. Marty was fantastic.
Two months after delivery we had our first rain of the summer. The hot tub cover accumulated water and is collapsing inward. Customer service wouldn’t replace it, so I reached out to Marty and he was very understanding and replaced my hot tub cover. Thank you Marty!
Marty was amazing! If it weren’t for him I probably would not have purchased! My spa will be here tomorrow and he has kept me updated every step! Excellent customer service
