Foundation at Cityline, Richardson TX

We've only been living here a couple of weeks, but we've so far had a very positive experience. The area is nice and quiet, our neighbors are friendly, and we love our place. Anita, the property manager, has been very responsive and friendly throughout the move in, and had maintenance at our apartment in the first few days to address the couple of things that we spotted. To be honest I was a little worried that there would be something "wrong" with the complex since it's one of the more affordable options that we looked at in this area, but we took the leap and I haven't found anything that bothers me. We have a safe, clean place to live and the customer service is great.

Not worth it at all. Better communities available in the vicinity with better management and amenities with the same rent.

The management has changed once or twice recently, but as of March 30,2020 it is extremely responsive. I had a complaint about neighbors repeatedly playing music so loud it would vibrate my furniture. They dealt with it almost immediately. This has been a great apartment other than this group of neighbors.

If it aint mantanice issues its always somthing going on here.water gets turned off here.new owners yea but the old problems do not go away.been dealing with a rodent problem for a month.since anita dont live here must not b important.

Anita is SUPER HELPFUL! Whenever I need something from her she's always there and on top of her game. The apartments is extremely clean and it's one of the best apartments I've lived in. Again, I want to thank Anita for all her hardwork.

I visiting my friend here and they towed my car for parking there peven if it is not a resident only space

Great management! Anita provide world-class customer service. She was kind, helpful with lots of charisma.

I must say we had a great experience meeting with the manager Porsha @ the Foundation@Cityline. We have to give her some Props. My husband and I wanted to moved on this side of time for a New Start. We stopped in at this place and Porsha was so professional and attentive. She was compassionate, understanding and patient to our needs and showed options for what we suggested. We are Empty Nesters and looking forward to Big Things at the Foundation@ Cityline. That Meet and Greet, is my last impression so I'm looking forward to this place I'm calling Home to be as pleasant as the management.

I have been here two years and this place is great. It is nice and quiet with a pool were I can relax. I can also go to the gym whenever I want or go for a run down renner rd and come back.

Do NOT move here. Worst experience of my life. 1- No working fridge.it’s Tuesday so 4 days since I’ve moved in. 2-There was mold all under the bathroom sink from a leak under the bathroom and it being 98 degrees in here. The contractor that came yesterday for the cabinets was told he was just “touching up” 3- Make ready was not done. No cabinets painted 4- no weather stripping on the door/ air will not shut off so it’s been constantly running. 5-Andddd I woke up to bites everywhere, found bedbugs on my mattress. The property manager says there has been nothing reported. The upstairs neighbor who was moving out said he’s had them for 2 YEARS. He has a mattress with a BED BUG COVER OUTSIDE NOW. I’ve never in my life witnessed something like this and still I have not been contacted on a solution.

It's a great community to live. Especially, It is very convenient for UTD students being close to the UTD bus stations. Tom thumb and other places for shopping are at the walking distance. Moreover, the managements is friendly and the environment is very hospitable.

The first time he arrived at a place infested with cockroaches where we have a bad service of everything, the air conditioning does not work the operator is never available there is no one who drives. The office is only available for internet.there is no security and everything is very bad. I really do not recommend it

Been living here two years its nice and quiet place where i can go out for a walk with my dogs or take them to the dog park. Go to the pool and relax. There is a park, stores, and places to eat at walking distance.

My experience at Cityline Foundation has been great. Was looking for a reasonable and quiet place to live, beyond our expectations The Foundations has made home feel peaceful and welcoming. Great staff and very attentive towards there goal of making us comfortable. A new chapter in life has started and this was just the right place. I visited several properties in the area, no one showed as much genuine care an humanity as the staff did. Was told exactly what we needed and they never changed what was said. Some times in life your word is bond and I appreciated that more than they know, Lookin forward to relaxing and enjoying the community. Respect to the staff and great neighbors.

Under new management things have been improved. Specially at the office, they've hired a nice, friendly persons that's willing to help our community. Great experience so far.

I’ve been living here for four years now and I’ve experienced property under different managements but the new management is the best by far. They did major renovations and changed so many policies in favor to the residents. Manager Patricia is very kind and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, safe and affordable place to stay.

Total renovation has changed the overall look and feel of the apartment, nice and friendly management, helpful staffs. Good facilities with renovated modern laundry unit and fitness center. Wonderful neighborhood. If someone is looking for an apartment around this area this will be the best option to consider.

New management is awesome and has really turned this place around! They are so helpful and hands on. The new club house is stunning! Excited for all of the new changes happening.

This community is great! Went under new management back in December and everything has gotten much better! They’ve remodeled the units, we have a really nice fitness center and laundry room and the pool is so much more appealing! The staff is awesome! Patricia is so communicative and efficient! And maintenance is awesome and quick! The location is also one of the best features.

I'm very happy with everything around here. It is a safe and clean environment to live in the fact that I can have a gym to train whenever I want is one of my favourite advantages of living here. The new management have done a marvellous job and been there for any query I have. Patricia Lopez have been amazing since day one making everything go smoothly and being helpful as possible, that woman is amazing! I highly recommend anyone to come live here and feel like home.
