Sales department was good. The service and parts department is a joke. They are completely unorganized, difficult to get a hold of, and ignorant. I’ve had nothing but issues getting tasks completed with the service department and parts department since I bought the seadoo. If I knew service and sales were this bad I would have never bought from them.

Overall, the sales experience is about what you'd expect from a dealership, and I was helped by Brandon. Got a Kawasaki Versys X300 back in January, and was excited to take it out as my new commuter.
However, somewhere in the chain of command, paperwork got shuffled around and they designated my bike as Off-Road, claiming their legal person made a mistake. I've called maybe once or twice a week since then requesting when my plates will come in, or even if they've gotten the paperwork fixed so I can get insurance on my bike, and still no update.

I would like to use my Versys for some off-road capabilities and am doing my best to inform myself regarding how to upkeep and learn about my bike. I figured I may give my business to the dealership and request services / Maintanence / etc. Everytime I call whether Morning or Afternoon, they are busy. I've left requests on their website with my contact info, number and email, and am still waiting on a reply. I wish I could review the Mechanics, but have yet to be able to schedule an appointment by phone or by email. Maybe they are overbooked or understaffed? Either way, the result is that I'm going on two weeks without an update regarding scheduling service for the bike and am earnestly seeking out other motorcycle mechanics that can reply in a timely manner.

I'll return and update when/if they are able to assist me.

UPDATE 3.29.31: Called the number provided, left a message with contact info, and have not heard back from the business yet. To be continued.

Love the 2020 and 2021 Rykers, they are such fun bikes to play on! The staff and customer service is above and beyond here, Thanks!

To bad everything in my interests have become so expensive and now out of reach for my current retired budget. I just go there to look druel and dream but never again to purchase. It's fun looking though, I guess!

I've been reading reviews for about an hour. I'm looking to have a rear tire for my HD installed and balanced, but after negative reviews I don't think they (F&T Valley Motor Sports) are not qualified to do any type of work!
It also appears that the individual K. Cantu is not qualified to correct any of the problems customers have. According to your comments on make contact with thia guy is a cut and paste paragraph.

Amazing place if your looking for a bike. Employees are helpful and the service is amazing. Would highly recommend this place.

This employee can not be stopped neither rain, lighting or Thunder can stop him from pleasing his customers. I dealt with Josue in the parts department. We put in an order (flags bracket) for my spider. We made sure it was the right part number. The company we ordered from sent us the wrong parts every time, three times to be exact. Josue was so disappointed as was I. When he finally got the right part he told me he would bring it to me. This employee deserves to be employee of the year. Thank you Josue. God bless you.

They are a terrible fraud service I do not recommend them is money to the garbage they just want to sell

Worst customer service I’ve ever experience in 15yrs of owning motorcycles in multiple states. During the current pandemic situation their service dept is understandably by appointment only. They won’t book appointments over the phone so I did it through the website. A week later still no response. After a week of waiting I called twice to follow up & was placed on hold for around 12 minutes (each call) after asking the service dept to help with my appt request. These guys are terrible at just scheduling service there is no way in hell I would trust them with my bike. I’d rather go out of town than deal with these clowns.

Been trying to call them for the last 2 hours for parts. Hung up the first time after an hour of being on hold and called back a second time and put me back on hold for another hour before I gave up. Not the first time.

Very helpful, battery cost less than anywhere else that we called. Will do business with them again

Bought a new 2020 Maverick x3 turbo 2 month ago only use it 2 weeks the rest of the time it has been in service. First time it went in the spark plug broke and damaged the engine was in service for a month. They call and told me the my unit was ready for pick up went for it brought it home didn’t even put 1 mile check engine came up. Took it back only to find out they had broken the turbo solenoid and didn’t replace it. It. Took them a week and half to replace that part. Yesterday I went for my unit unloaded it at home didn’t even put a mile again and this morning unit doesn’t even crank. At least this time they came and picked it up. Let’s see how long it in service this time. Paying for something I’m not even using.

Loved their big selection of cam am atv's and side by side cars! Really had an awesome time there and a very helpful staff!

I had a great experience with my purchase at F&T Valley Motor Sports! The floor manager Isaiah provided great service and was on top on everything throughout the process. I was in and out of the store within an hour. Definitely coming back for my next purchase.

I think there services are good for every one that likes ATV and dirt bikes jet but one guy that was real good at his job his name was Brandon and I I thought that this guy was really good at his job and he had really good advice on this ATV that was $300 so if your look for ATV a jet sk or a dirt bike these guys are very good people from the street because they are good people

Service, sales and a decent on-site inventory.
The employees are pretty knowledgeable and ready to assist.

Their stock leans more towards modern cycling and less towards your Harley "Clad-in-Black" styles. Although, they do carry a line of Royal Enfield with a vintage look.

They also have a ton of can-am, off-road, atv and some used stock too.

Place is clean and pretty well staffed.

I brought my bike in to get fixed, there was a problem with the wiring harness. It took them a week and a half to even look at the bike, then it took them another week and a half to fix it. I didn't have my motorcycle for three weeks.

Ive been trying to buy a can am from this place but when i call they have me on hold for like 30 min and never give me details

Best people they are there to help you but it's really tempting to buy the best 4wheller they have
