Really good folks who know the insurance business inside and out and will do everything possible to help you when you have a claim.

After being with Allstate for 40 years, I cancelled my auto liability because they raised my rates over 22%. In addition they charged a roadside service as an accident, subjecting me to even higher rates. A $21 jump start is now costing me hundreds of dollars a year. When I called for help to fix it the arrogant person who answered the phone said there was nothing he could do and it wasn't their fault. I have switched to Progressive, for half the price, and am going through a long complicated process to get the accident lie reversed. Don't believe it, you're not in good hands.
