Ridiculous! They towed my car from right in front my house in bright daylight when I was inside my house. I don’t understand how these people can sleep at night doing these horrible thing to people. If you wanna be useful and continue with this type of job try to help people with towing their broke down cars.

Tows handicap, attendants are very rude and don't acknowledge you. Diverts public police auctions customers with wrong meeting times. Charges $50 for notification letter you received days later!

Workers put people at risk by bringing aggressive guy in a second car not part of the company, they recklessly drove in a private community and almost caused a big accident by not stopping in a stop sign and driving in neighbors front yards. We had to call authorities and take legal actions

0 stars. ILLEGAL TOWING. ILLEGAL TOWING. TOWS HANDICAP VEHICLES. There’s no type of professionalism or morals within this business. You would think after the amount of cars they tow on a daily basis, ILLEGALLY, they would at least put that money towards a nicer lot or better management but this business is full of remedial tow truck drivers that don’t have anything else better to do at 2 in the morning other than walk parking lots with flashlights itching for a tow. Smh. WHAT A SHAME PEOPLE PLEASE DO BETTER. WE ARE RECOVERING FROM A PANDEMIC!

These tow truck drivers are horrible on the road. One of these drivers almost ran me over. I called the company and they just hung up. There needs to be serious repercussions for unsafe driving. Maybe they just want to damage other cars on the road so they can earn more business.

There is discrimination, harassment, and scamming going on by PMC. How can your vehicle get towed 2x since moving in with valid tags in April 2020. Someone is getting paid to watch certain cars or people so they can tow the vehicles. I will be taking legal action. Is this how ya'll treat people on a daily and even worse the COVID-19 epidemic. Then ya'll have people putting furniture and trash in someone's private paid covered parking.

Uses spotters. Such as mcdonalds manager legal action will be taken. And mcdonalds corptate will be contacted to this issue.

Rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to answer basic questions. Pay very close attention to what you are being charged.they will add an extra $50 or so if you don't question it.
