Pearl Nails & Spa, Midlothian TX

Went in a couple of weeks to get a pedicure and she tells me that it takes 50 minutes for toenails to dry. I said I have never waited nearly an hour for toenails to dry. The lady that did them did not hesitate to make them better because the polish had rub off because it was way to thick. I told her if she didn't try to cake it on would dry within 10 minutes or less. The other lady got loud with me with other customers in the salon and I told her thank you and you don't have to do my nails because it doesn't take that long for any nails to dry.

This is the place I will 100% come back to! The sweetest place I’ve been, everyone is so nice! And they do such an amazing job! They definitely have the best customer service I’ve ever gotten!

Went for my nails done. First off, I called ahead fpr an appointment, and when I arrived I still waiting an hour after my time. One has 2 people that do nails there, so expect a wait. They looked great when I left. A week later, one popped off from removing my hoodie. Lady insisted that I hit it too hard on my hoodie. Week later, another one fell off. Went back, and she said it's because it was just under 2 weeks old. Offer yo fix but said it would keep happening. Decided to leave and went to another shop where they showed me she didn't build up the acrylic enough where the nail tip was placed so they would continue to pop off. Nails were flat, so I knew this was what was wrong.

So sweet and really cares about if YOU like the nails and if it’s what you asked for. Lena (I’m not sure if that’s how you spell it) is so genuinely nice and the prices are so reasonable. I’m not from around here but if I’m back in town I’ll be coming back!

Love this place, everyone is so kind and they remembered my daughters and I from our previous visit. We will keep going there every time.

Wife and I went to get a tune up before a vacation trip. Called ahead and got right in, when we arrived we were the only ones there and were greeted immediately. And, unlike the megashops, this was shop is quiet and personal. We both received the best mail/spa treatment we can remember and will return.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon (3pm) and I was the only customer. That was such a positive for me as I did not have to wait. I got the pedicure option that was $33. If you upgrade to gell polish it's an additional $17, so I opted to just get regular polish. But other than that service was really good and fast. Feet felt good and looked really good. I'll be back!
