Apartments are great there’s no roaches no rodents the manager Miss Josie is a sweetheart the best manager I’ve seen in any other apartments I’ve been in And the Maintenance people, Kevin and Joe are awesome. Any problem i have they come and fix it right away with no hesitation. Everyone around here is super sweet

Love this place! Josie is very Friendly The staff is responsive on handling workorders, & the management company is really outdoing themselves. The Apartment logo signs are really nice and awesome updated pool.

Amazing place! Me and my mom needed a place fast and quick so we decided to move here. Josie is very quick and helpful with any problems, even the maintenance came by today very quickly. We have great neighbors and so grateful to be here.

Beautiful apartments, we absolutely love being here. It's nice and quiet. They have all kinds of options and different floor plans. Josie is amazing and so are the maintenance, they work quickly to resolve any issues if you happen to have any. Quick responses from them as well. We are beyond happy we chose these apartments.

Kevin came quickly our AC went out and he got the job done fast, very friendly did a really good job thanks Kevin

Ac unit went out and Josie was quick to work on getting my problem resolved. Communication was always there through the whole process. Kevin came in and did an amazing job! Nice, clean, quick work and now my apartment is as cold as it should be on these hot summer days. Thank you guys oh and I couldn’t get on the roof but he also replace the outdoor unit as well.

I want to thank Kevin and his worker for fixing my air condition. Two days ago I called to tell that my air condition was not functioning and he came right away and checked it so he went ahead and installed two window units so I wouldn’t be hot for the night, and the next day they fixed it. One thing at Sun Valley Apt.members and workers are awesome cause they fix the problem right away. I am so thankful to live in a complex like this. We recently had a change of owner, and the makeover he has done here is amazing and the pool that he is fixing up is looking great. Looking forward for summer to get in the pool.

I've been here 7 years and any problem I've ever had, Josie sent her maintenance people to come fix it right away! She goes above and beyond, not only for her tenants but for our children and pets too! There is nothing she won't do for us all. She treats us like family! There is no one that could do as good of a job that she does and we are all very lucky and blessed to have her! We love her dearly! I hear horror stories of other places and how horrible they are treated and I cannot fathom it! We have been so blessed to have Josie and the maintenance people on our side.

Our ac unit was making a loud zooming noise this morning. I headed over to the office to speak to Josie about it. She had maintenance come over. He got it fixed. Thank you Kevin for getting it done quickly. We appreciate it. And also, thank you Josie for making us your priority. Thanks again!

I have lived here for 7yrs.before then I lived here for 4yrs.it's nice clean place. Josie has been a great manager she takes care of all my needs.

The sheer amount of screaming and things crashing outside from children (yes the parents are there, they don't care) who are directly outside of my window is insane. I've dealt with this nonsense for over a year now and nothing's done about it. They can do as they please to your window and you can't say or do anything in response.

Josie is an amazing manager she is always so Helpful and caring!
Kevin and Eric are 100/10 in the maintenance department and always do an outstanding job no matter the work or the time.

The garbage disposal and some of my stove tops weren’t working. Called maintenance and Kevin came the next day to fix everything. He was super friendly and efficient with his work, told me what was wrong with everything and what he did to make it better. Thank you for the great work!
