I lived here for about 14 months and I loved it, great apartments. My very first actually. Majority of the reviews are accurate, the parking was an issue so we did decide to get a covered parking. Never had parking issues after that, they do tow but it's honestly not that hard to follow the rules, if you do have visitors, register their car or it will get towed. They send out emails every week telling you the parking rules. You will not get towed if you followed the rules. The messy halls and dirty elevators is not their fault they clean but residents just let their dogs pee in the elevator, some residents living there for some reason do not know how to clean up after themselves or their dogs, and they somehow cannot throw a bag of trash into the dumpster. Maintenance was always quick and did a great job. Property was very peaceful never had issues with anybody. Clubhouse was definitely a fun place, regret not taking advantage of it, loved playing pool in the clubhouse. I definitely recommend this place to anybody such a peaceful and beautiful area.

Excellent customer service from CJ, who works in the office! My girlfriend and I were skeptical when the apartments changed ownership, since we had just re-leased, but we’ve seen nothing but improvements as long time residents, and the staff have always been super helpful and supportive!

I have lived here for 6 months. My wife and I don't have any issues here. There is no such thing as perfection, but we have no complaints. There is a new management company and so far, they have been excellent to deal with.

The only "problems" here are caused by other tenants, which management addresses immediately.

The few times I have sent in an email, Gen always replies. She is always quick to reply and always helpful.

Ive been here 5 months and my only concerns are that the gates are never working which does not help with security of the property AND parking. Parking is terrible. I should not have to walk 10 minutes from where i parked my car to where I actually live in the complex. I also should not have to pay for covered parking or a garage to have a spot either. It is not only dangerous but annoying. With that being said, those are my only issues. We recently had a switch with management and I believe they are cool, which has been my experience, and are dedicated to their residents. I love our maintenance team, they are courteous, get the job done, but are people who you can tell have a genuine spirit. Lastly our new management does not have anything to do with my concerns bc they are new.

We decided to do a tour here b/c the apartment complex seemed to fit our family’s needs. We scheduled a tour for 12: 00 pm. Once we got to the leasing office, there wasn’t anyone in the office. Someone who was moving in told us they’d left for a tour. So we gave ourselves a tour of the club house. It was fine for the most part but a few things didn’t work.

The leasing manager finally comes back maybe 10 minutes past 12 and asks if we needed any information. We inform him that we are there for a tour in which his response is “It’s going to be a while. ” I ask for a time frame and he says he doesn’t know. And ask if our tour was scheduled. I say it was for 12. And he just says the person he’s helping is a new resident and he needs to take care of them so it will be a while. He’s sorry.

There was no regard for wasting our time or honoring our scheduled tour. We were potential new residents but were not treated as such. We will not be rescheduling the tour.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I was so happy when I first year and a half I’ve lived here. Recently new management has taken over and I can’t wait till me lease is up. They’re rude and don’t care about their residents. They blame residents for issues that should have been taken care of during their transition. Not good genuine people at all. Will really miss the old office ladies. They were absolutely amazing. So sad to see such a good complex go down hill so fast.

Horrible management company. Do not walk. RUN AWAY! Wasted a year of my life fighting with management who constantly does nothing to remedy any situation. Noise, parking, maintenance (who left my front door open after visiting), etc. The list could go on for pages. Illegally charged for replacement of BRAND NEW CARPET that wasn't even touched all year. My car got towed when I had a parking tag I was given by management - then I had to pay for the tow and they never reimbursed me. DO NOT RENT WITH CUSHMAN WAKEFIELD. They will just steal your money.

Horrible experience, three months after I moved in 2 ppl were killed in my building. Then a couple days ago my garage got broken into, also my car's window was broken, and some of my belongings were stolen. Brought this horrible event up to the leasing office and they promised to call me in regards to this issue and it's been days and no response has been given. This and some other events that have happened, since my lease started (not even a year ago), along with the lack of response and care from the leasing company have made me feel UNSAFE to live here. Especially since this is a new building.

The experience in this urban complex was horrible. Three months after I moved here, 2 people were murdered in my own building. Then, about two days ago they entered my garage (where your car is supposed to be safer) they took several of my belongings and not satisfied with that they broke the window of my car and stole certain things. I spoke with the person in charge on duty at the complex office to explain this unpleasant case to her. She promised me that her manager would call me and to date no one has contacted me.this and some other events in particular that have occurred since my rent started (less than a year ago) the lack of response and importance they have given to my case makes me feel that I am not safe or secure.

Maintenance took care of the drawer, bathroom and bedroom lights, the washing machine where he switched the lines due to they were put on wrong. A fine job. He is an asset to our complex. Very knowledgeable. We appreciated the job he did in our apartment.

There are some great things about this apartment! Kaylie is an amazing employee. So communicative and very hard working! She is the reason I signed the lease.

My biggest complaint is the parking issue. There are not enough spaces. This needs to be changed. You are only allowed one guest per 24 hours and there isn’t enough parking for them to find a spot. The towing is frequent, so you definitely need to rent a parking space which is an extra monthly expense but definitely worth it to not have to go through the TERRIBLE impound services. If you do get towed, it seems that nobody in the office really knows the information of the impound service. The number they provides leads you to the Denton location. Don’t go there, go to the Plano one. The parking issue was really the only negative part of the experience. Rent was high for a one bedroom, but it’s high everywhere now.

Other than that, maintenance was pretty responsive, and some of the office employees were very nice.

Very poor maintenance facility. If you’re looking for bug-free this isn’t. Have had multiple bad experiences with insects, could be the trees but not good, even with weekly pest control services. Great office personnel but poor management overall. You don’t come out with a mutual agreement but “we sprayed and we’ll keep doing it weekly” meanwhile bugs are still coming in.

Better options elsewhere than having these issues. You’ll save time off work, cleaning crew and safety.

Elevators are always dirty, dog poop is everywhere. Garbage is not collected on time. The trash bags are leaving a smell in the elevator. The dirty water from the garbage is leaking into the elevator and leaving a stain. The stairs are very dirty. They never changed the broken treadmill in the gym. No one is following the rules in the pool. The seats in the pool are very dirty. The hallways are very dirty. Changing pool cues shouldn't be this hard.

Bad managements. Even though we have been doing autopay in there system but they still said that we were late on payment and charged us with late fee. All they could say was we didnt have any record. (If we didnt have anything in there system, how could money taken many time before that)
Moreover, they are really good on taking money instead of taking care of people living there. Gates always wide open never been close or secure for residents. They can not blame on their system and telling that resident fault for not saving any records for anything. If they want to do business they have to know customers always right at first. I believe that many residents around would totally agree with me since i have heard many complaints about their management and we havent seen any improvement except taking us money.

Second, hallways from 1st floor and elevator are always smell bad and dirty. Swimming pool always have people from outside to came in like a public pool (thats why we need gates for)

Third, you will never know when trashes will be picked up. Their time zone is never in accuracy. Sometime they pick up early than 9pm and sometime they pick up late more than 10pm. That cause of fire ants come out alot more. Inside and outside of my door. I have called them to spray pest control but seem like they dont do the right work. After 1 week, ants still coming in more and more.

Conclusion, i dont think they have in mind of fixing all their issues. Because i have called and emailed them over and over but seem like they dont want to fix their problems. Not only me, but also many neighbors have same issues but they cant do anything except left this place asap after the contract finished.

Jennifer Goodwin has always been very helpful since I moved in two years ago. So have all of the lady’s and (sorry I don’t remember his name) the new gentleman in the office. The maintenance men here have always been wonderful here! I really enjoy living here. There are so many good people living here. I have lived in a house for almost 30 years before moving here and for the most part I like living here better. The maintenance guys are very responsive and nice and the buildings are pretty. I really like the location which make it easy to get anywhere in the metroplex. I really want to Thank Jennifer and all of her staff for all that they do!

Brenda at the office is 10/10! Since the very first time I walked through the door, she was more than accommodating and great to answer all of my 1000+ questions lol! Went out of her way to give a personal tour even though it was a busy day and I didn’t have an appointment and was a huge help with some technical issues also.
