What a phenomenal experience we had today! The care we received from the minute we arrived to the moment we walked out the door.and came back for one more question. My son came in with high anxiety from his injury that was quickly relieved by Jasma and the staff on duty. I can’t speak highly enough about the focused and thorough intake that they performed and the personable pediatric care they gave my 11 yo son. They not only answered his questions with compassion and professionalism, but mine as well. THANK YOU to ALL on staff.you all deserve a gold star and a raise!

We saw jasma and she was fabulous. She put my mind at ease and was very proactive with my son. Very friendly, front staff was patient and pleasant. The MA that triaged us took the time to give my son a “car room” he saw my sons shoes (which are cars) and went the extra mile. It’s the small things like this that make parents feel more comfortable and cared for. Would totally go there again. Thank you for your individualized and great care.

Over all, we had a great experience and would definitely go again. We saw Ashley (a nurse practitioner) and she was so kind, reassuring, and took awesome care of us! We waited for a while to be seen, even though we booked an appointment online, but I suppose that's just the nature of urgent cares. I wasn't super impressed by the front office staff, but the experience was good other than that!

Fast, very friendly and caring staff. From Mayra checking us in to the medical assistant to the doctor they all helped my baby feel comfortable being seen by them. I recommend them and will continue using them when needed for my baby.

Amazing and wonderful people. Took care of my son right away. Paperwork is filled out through a text to your phone. Super easy and super fast! We thank you so much!

I was here two weeks ago and gave them my insurance, paid the “copay” and completed our visit. Today I’m finding out they had a “billing error” on their end and they are actually not in network with my insurance and will be billing me for the visit. How could they have accepted a copay with my insurance if they weren’t in network?

Great place to go for kids when you can't get into your normal doctor. They are great with kids and super patient, even when it is crazy busy!

Urgent cares are unpleasant places to be in general but this place was awful. The front desk lady didnt seem qualified to do her job. The "nurse" and "doctor" didnt talk to my kid once, they hardly even talked to me. She didnt do a full exam. I disagreed with the course of treatment and the "doctor" didnt care at all, just walked out. Waste of time and money and my kid is still miserable.

I will only take my child to this place now. They have awesome nurses and doctors. They are always patient with my freaked out child and truly care.

Don’t expect to wait less than 4 hours with 2 other kids there. You would think the more efficient they were the more money they would make. I walked out. My pediatrician could get me in sooner than waiting there. They lost money.

Nurse practitioner is so rude and degrading. When asking questions about my sons condition, she laughed in my face and said "you must be a first time mom". Very pathetic and amature approach from her as well, she did not know how to handle a 5 month old with a cold.

This is the second time we have visit this location. I have to say both experiences have been absolutely great! The staff is friendly and the Drs.are GREAT! I truly feel they care for the well being of their patients! It's not easy when your child is sick but thank you everyone for making my children and I feel comfortable!

Horrible place no said my daughter was fine now an Urgent Care. Two days later what's ear infections

My infant was congested and coughing terribly, and we thought to take him to urgent care. After waiting for a couple hours to see someone, my wife was told by a nurse practitioner that there was nothing to be done. She then proceeded to chastise my wife by saying that she put him at more risk by bringing him to urgent care and exposing him to other sick people.
Well he got worse and we took him to emergency, where he was diagnosed with RSV. He was put on oxygen and rushed to Cardon's. Thankfully my wife listened to her instincts rather than All kids Urgent Care

Went to take my daughter to this urgent care about 20 minutes before closing. They locked the doors and were hiding in the back and wouldn’t answer the phones. I could see people were in the back and rang the bell and knocked but they wouldn’t come to the front.

Horrible after reading comments I didn’t want to take any chances with my 4 month old daughter I explained simple side affects of teething and ear infection and the lady recommended I take my daughter to an emergency room. Any urgent care should be able to prescribe amoxicillin for ear infection and the right amount of Tylenol and or Motrin to give my daughter just horrible.
Sticking to dignity health urgent care

Level of care at this place no stars. Paid $75 copay for NP to say she thinks she has the flu due to my toddlers symptoms. They don't swab for the flu but "she thinks" she has it. NP Recommends a homeopathic cough syrup. I asked about tamiflu or something to make my 2 year old daughter comfortable. WAS told she didn't like the side affect of tamiflu just take her home and comfort her. Daughter had high fever, throwing up, horrendous cough.
We had took her in fri night, so I called asking for a sick note for her daycare because she is still not well. After 2 phone calls of idk we can't get a hold of NP that saw you until she calls back and says we cant write one. She at mesa office today you might have to go there for your note. We cant cant get ahold of her though. Are you kidding me I spent $75 for nothing in the office and given run around for a simple Dr note. Ridiculous

Incompetent and poorly trained. Best go somewhere where they know how to properly diagnose a UTI infection and handle your child like true professionals.

I love this urgent care for my son. We've never had a long wait, the staff have all been super nice and helpful.

I have been to all kids urgent care in Mesa a few times and each time the wait is very mininmal. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. I have no complaints. I know that whenever I need a pediatric urgent care that is where I want to go.
