AllKids Urgent Care reviews
32The fact that this location has hours that carter to the working parent is the main reason I went here in the first place. But now I continue to go here because the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They go out of their way to make sure they check everything that the parents have concerns about and are never dismissive.
Minimal wait time. Friendly staff. In and out. So appreciative especially when my kid just wanted to lie down in bed. Great place to go when my children's doctors weren't available.
Came in at 8: 00PM was seen by 8: 25PM, it was my first time here. The service was amazing! We went in due to our two year old not keeping down fluids, she was seen by Robert and he is so sweet with the babies and very personable. Thank you again Robert! We appreciate you!
If I could give 0 stars I would. My kid is sick and has been screaming for an hour and a half while the doctor hasn't even came in to talk to us for more than 5 minutes. Don't go here.
The day before Easter, my 15 month old was crying and holding her ear. I took her to AllKids Urgent Care in Gilbert when they first opened for the day. The staff was wonderful in making the paperwork process efficient. I was seen promptly by the doctor who did a thorough exam, diagnosing her with an ear infection. AllKids Urgent Care is the best pediatric urgent care. My little one had a smile back on her face Easter morning!
My kids have been going here for YEARS 5 or moire! They love it and I love it! Easy fast service with onsite Xray! So sad my oldest is turning 18 -where will I take her now! Reba will be going in for care today.love this place.
I love this urgent care. Amazing staff and amazing doctors. When I cant get into my kids dr, im happy that this company is here rather then waiting hours at a ER. The current receptionist, Vanessa, is the sweetest out of all the receptionist Ive met there. I love Dr shaffer and Dr Davis. 2 wonderful providers. I for sure recommend this facility for your kiddos!

Seriously the best urgent care experience I've ever had for daughter and myself. The staff was polite, prompt, professional, took time to listen to my daughter, kept her spirits up, and gave great after-care advice. The facility was clean and well organized. The x-ray tech allowed me to hang out in the room with my daughter when she received x-rays, which was quite comforting, which is not always the case. Honestly, if I ever have to return to an urgent care, I'd go out of my way to come here.
I wish I could give O stars. Seriously the worst urgent care EVER! Went in for my toddlers 104 degree fever. The MA walks in with medicine after telling her my daughter had just medicine and fever wasn't coming down. Also, before we had even spoken to the doctor. There were no toys and facility did not even seem child friendly. The doctor was unprofessional and I seriously question her credentials. Definitely not what you expected for a pediatric urgent care. Also, facility was very dirty.
They have zero ability to help with face or head injury. Looked at my daughter for 5 minutes and advised I take her to ER or call her doctored on Monday. They can't even hearing test to see if damage was done.
Offered no pain meds to help with her pain. I would never go there again.
They even advised me that I should have called first to see if they could help!
They were very nice. They got us right in. They made my kid feel comfortable. I will recommend them and us them again if needed.
Waste of money, if your child is sick and you cannot make it to the Dr's office, a pediatric ER is the only place to go. This office was ridiculous, had no care for my child's 104.8° temperature.suggested benadryl. Really? We will NEVER be back and I will tell my pediatrician about my experience as they recommend this as one of their after care suggestions. Never again, lesson learned, unfortunately, at my child's expense.
