Application process and move in process was easy. Our utilities are set up through a third party billing company called conservice. That's very helpful when moving- alleviating extra security deposits and costs during an already stressful time. The self showing option for the home makes touring easy. Move in inspections easy also. Thanks American Home 4 Rent on simplifying a moving process.

Scam! They will have a home already rented and keep applications open to take your application fee then have you denied for no reason. Do not apply to them unless you want to waste your money.

My family had a great experience with American Homes our leasing agent Carla was great. We where moving from California to Arizona the company worked with us letting my father in law walkthrough properties for us. We even switched properties after we where approved and the whole company was amazing and super helpful through out the process! I cant recommend the company enough a great experience.

American homes 4 rent has the most amazing customer service and especially my property manager always available to answer any question or concern. Thank you for the hospitality it really does feel like Home.

The whole lease/down payment process isn't customer friendly but everything else was fine after getting access to the home. Maintenance calls are answered in a somewhat timely manner.

American Homes 4 rent have very professional people who knows how to handle Customer service with flexibility for account situations. I had to vacate the property I rented before the end of the contract and the Property Manager Sonya Kazaros helped me out with the process doing a close monitoring without taking advantage of the situation.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! THE WORST Rental agency in the country! Returned $200 ish of my $1400 deposit when the home was left as is. Charged double utilities the last month as if they weren't paid prior months. Do not do business with this company.

If you get Aubery as your property manager, don't ever expect to get a phone call or email reply back. She is horrible as a property manager.
Stay away this company will rip you off when you move out.

I wouldn't even give them one star they dont ever call you back or let you know what's going on. A waste of time trying to rent one of there homes plus there not the cleanest out there

So far so good. My property manager Aubrey V.has been professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Any repairs needed was addressed immediately and customer service has been excellent. I hope to have the same experience when I move out.

Almost got run off the road by someone driving a company vehicle for AH4R. So if this is an example of how they do business, I'd stay away.

Easy to pay bills directly online. Company trying to work with us for move out charges. Appreciate the help and kind effort.
