25Going on my 3rd year with them. They did increase my rent this year but I was expecting that. No major maintenance issues so I’m happy.
Worthless, we didn’t receive ANY of our deposit back. They literally charged us for everything when we were specifically told what/what not we would be responsible for and they turn around and charged us OVER our deposit. Not worth it. Find another property management
I'm omw out this rip off rental and company. They never answer your phone calls or even return them. The bills are a scandal how can you not pay your own utilities you have to go thru them? But they are really quick to get to you when your lease is almost up and if you would like to renew Wow
Well been with them for 2 1/2 years.but i would tell anyone to stay away.they make you use a service call Conservice for your bills, can not get away from this.well CONservice decided to give me my bills 3 days before they are due and double bill me on my electric bill. Call both AH4R and conservice and no one is willing to fix it. I will not have a electric bill for Jan rent, however i guess my kids get a light Christmas. Stay away from this company!
Worst company ever! I would never recommend american homes 4 rent. You can never get a hold of them when you call. Ive also had problems with them screwing up with my rent. I've had enough with this company cant wait to get out of this lease!
