Great service. Staff was efficient, personable and knowledgeable. Very helpful. Glasses were ready earlier than anticipated which was appreciated.

My daughter is in great need of glasses for school, I tried to call for an appointment, it almost seemed like they didn't want to provide service for her. The lady tried to tell me there are other locations as if I didn't know that. How does someone, much less a business deprive a child service? I give this place no stars, but apparently I have to select 1 to post this. America's best? Thats a laugh!

Well to be honest I haven't been to this location. After reading the reviews, am NOT! I haven't seen such bad experiences at one location in my life. Was going to take my daughter in for exam and contacts but definitely going somewhere else! Thank you for the customers that shared there experiences, you all saved me from having a brain aneurysm!

So far the deals are great and affordable. I'm a member of one the deals. The only problem I had, was the multiple cancellations weeks prior to the pandemic. If I had not been on top of it, they would have shut their doors and I would have been left without lenses. They gave me 2 pairs on the last day open. I take it all into account.

Worst customer service and experience at an eye doctor EVER. I took my 8 year old daughter in for the 2 pairs for $69.95 special.which is not actually the deal. The girl performing the eye exam was unprofessional and noticeably frustrated with my daughter and then was telling her coworker that she was “hangry” after we finished. The whole office smelled like everyone’s microwaved lunch. We received no assistance in picking the frames and ended up spending $250 for two sub-par pairs of glasses of brands I’ve never heard of. Not to mention they shipped the glasses to the wrong address and didn’t bother to let me know so I waited 2 months wondering when they were going to arrive. When I called to complain the staff could care less about my dissatisfaction. I will be returning the glasses and never returning to America’s Best again.

I understand with this pandemic that there will be issues. But i ordered my first pair of contacts from americas best and have yet to receive any information of when I’ll get them. I know its due to the fact that im supposed to take a class to insure i dont blind myself, but i don’t appreciate being totally disregarded due to the pandemic. Either one on one classes need to be scheduled or i need to watch a video prior to recieving the contacts. I dont care, its not up to me. But i paid $100 for them and i want them asap.

After rescheduling me twice and then NOT notifying me the store would be closed indefinitely until this pandemic is taking care of. I was able to reason with the doc to grant me some contact lenses in the meantime. Thanks for helping me out. We really have to work together in these trying times.

I had an exceptional experience, and I am very SATISFIED with the outcome, the staff was nice, I also met a few people that were customers and they were very nice. I can see extremely well in my glasses and I am very happy with them

Not America’s best. Probably America’s worst. The doctor her self was great. The service staff and everything else was horrible. Avoid at all costs just drive somewhere else. It’s not worth it.

Had to make a follow up appt for contacts and to order my glasses, then had to wait 40 minutes! I was seated and ignored, ridiculous.

I'm still baffled by the 2 pair for $69 promotion. I paid over $300 for 2 pair of less than wonderful frames. I asked how much it would be if they used my own frames and just put in new lenses and the answer was over $400 because I would have to pay for the eye exam which would have been free with their promotion. What a scam! Can't wait to see my new glasses!

Better to get in in the morning. Staff seems like they’d rather die than being there. Service is decently fast. No smiles anywhere, no ones excited to help you and that’s a let down.

Wait times are horrible,

I had to wait 1/2 an hour for some one to call me back to let me know that they could process my order for contacts. Once they were able to confirm they could process the order. I let them know I would be in the office to pick up the order. Now I am in the office and had to wait another 1/2 an hour to pick up my order. Time I will not loss again as they lost me as a customer!

Mike and i both had appointments today. They do a pre exam and if they check for retina detachment, they charge an extra 15 dollars. Isaid no but my husband did not know you could refuse. The Dr. Said he only needed the single vision reading, so he got the 69.95 thst you advertise. I said that was what I wanted. But I had to choose reading or distsnce, for the 69.95. I needed both. It cost 148 dollars okay that's not bad, so I had already picked out two frames, so then I was told it would be and extra 119 dollars for the frames. So after all was said and done I owed 228 dollars. I was so taken aback, my husband said I needed them and to get them so I did. But I am not a happy camper. The extra charges should be mentioned in your ads on tv. I want to cancel my glasses and get my money back. It seems dishonest to me.

The doctor refuses to provide the PD distance. I paid for an eye exam and the PD distance should be included. He said he could only provide the PD distance if I bought glasses from him. This is shady and a scam.

I asked to see if they had a demo for Transition DriveWear. The lady who was helping me didn't seem to know what I was asking for. She didn't care to sell anything to me, or ask for help from her team or manager neither. I felt my business is not valued here and left.

Never got a call about my glasses being in. The girl I spoke to over the phone seemed very rude when I had asked her if my glasses were in yet.

I had a great experience! Made an appointment and got in the next day early. The young woman doing the pre-screening made me very comfortable and was very sweet. The optometrist was delightful and professional. The young woman at the front desk was helpful and efficient. A pretty decent selection of trendy or classic glasses and very affordable prices! This is the third America's Best I've been to and they were great! I just got a call my glasses were in and it's only been 7 days! Awesome!
