27I bought two pairs of glasses from this location in 2014. I've had to go back a couple of times for these pairs to have the pads replaced. On both occasions the staff did a great job and didn't charge me anything for the new pads. The optometrist who did my exam was also great.
I've been coming here for the last 6-7. Never had any issues until the las year. Some of the people working here now need to find new career paths because they don't know anything about customer service. Jean was unhelpful & didn't have much knowledge when I asked her about a pair of glasses I wanted to get. I'm going to find a new location.
I wasn't super impressed with this location. The staff wasn't very personable and seemed unwilling to engage their customers. The doctor wasn't very approachable, he didn't seem interested in answering the questions I had. The response I got was, "I'm not sure. You'll have to look it up. " I won't be doing business here again.
Both my husband and I went in for eye exams and glasses. The doctor was rude; didn't even introduce himself. He offered me no explanation when I asked a direct question. Said he'd never heard of it before and showed me the door. My husband hardly shared a word with him. The staff was nice enough.
Not sure why they bothered scheduling me for an appointment, waited 45 minutes. Then they tell me they confused my appointment with someone else's. Walked out. Should have listened to others about their horrible customer service.
Love my glasses! I got 2 pair of Helix titanium computer and reading glasses. Way better pricing than the previous place, great Dr.and staff as well.
Told us on Thursday just walk in and we will see you no appointment needed drove all the way there and they said we need a appointment. What a joke the girls in the front desk are rude and look like they hate their life and jobs. WORST EVER!
