The manager Ronnie needs an attitude adjustment and should be less aggressive with her tone. Although this covid-19 has everyone in a panic there is still a ways to train people to be more welcoming and friendly when customers spend money at the business they work for and do not own. So lighten up and respect those who pay

I went in to pick up my glasses today, the first pair had a very noticeable defect. I had to wait all that time just to be sent home with a useless pair of glasses. When I tried them on I immediately knew something was wrong. I tried telling the man who attended me that the lenses were not prescription lenses when they were supposed to be, but he insisted that they were when they definitely weren't. I say that I tried telling him because he just would not listen to my concerns. He kept talking over me & just didn't seem like he wanted to help me at all. He then told me to go home, take off my contacts and try them on. He said if that didn't work, to try again in the morning like if my glasses would magically transform overnight or something. I'm so frustrated by this whole experience.

I would give a 0 if I could. Worst customer service ever! They will never get my service ever again! No wonder they have the worst rating. I rather go somewhere were they take care of their customers & have better service. I went in today 6/27/2020 asking for a copy of my glasses prescription, they refused to give it to me. I can careless if it’s expired, I WANT my prescription! I was told at a different location I was able to, just had to go to the location I originally went to. Why is it so hard to get a copy of my prescription? By the way the girl who greeted me the second time I went in, was very rude! Not acceptable. BS with this place, all they want is to take your money. Your glasses are overpriced. 2/69.95? Yeah right!? With all extra fees. This company is a RIP OFF! I’m over this place!

Worst service ever have had, almost a month waiting for my eye contacts, and still waiting for them. I called to ask, and or nobody answered and if some does they didn't know nothing about them.hopefully I can get my prescription and go somewhere else to get them.

The first time I came they had me waiting like for an hour because they had forgotten I had an appointment! Okay so when I came back to pick up my glasses at the time I had purchase 2 país of glasses diferente frame and they gave me the same frame with different prescription! So I was so upset and ask for a refund! Plus to all this situation My husband also had bought some glasses and on our way home I asked my husband to let me see them and I saw they were all cracked! First and last time I come to this place it’s just totally wast of time!

Feeling very displeased came in today at this location at 5: 50 the lady ask for my information
then she asked her coworker if she’s taking anymore walk ins, she reply NO!

so my question is what time do they STOP taking walks ins or whatever they call us? I don’t have time to schedule a appointment I work 13 hrs shifts all week I don’t have days off

I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated.

Today Friday 03/01/19 my husband went to the office located at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, 7333 W Thomas Rd Suite 18, Phoenix, to see if they can help us with my daughter's contacts the doctor was very nice. But one of the employee told my husband we can't be reliable with the contacts that is why we order them with time. So that means We can reliable with your services. Bad Customer Services

I had a bad experience my daughter’s contacts never arrived on time this is the 3th time that happened. I called the office and they hang up on me or they said it’s not their problem. Always same problem. Bad customer service nobody can help you

I made an appointment online and was called to confirm, the day before I was called to reschedule because the dr would no longer be in. The day before the rescheduled appointment I was called to confirm again, then called back a few hours later to again reschedule because the dr wouldn't be in. Is the dr ever in? What's the point of a schedule and why confirm only to cancel? I ended up cancelling my appointment, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I waited over 1 HR just to get a copy of my prescription. I had take an eye exam 3 weeks ago and all I need it was a copy of it. There was no sence of urgency from the doctor or the staff. "I WILL MAKE SURE TO COME BACK AND GET MY GLASSES HERE" good job

Not a whole lot of a selection of glasses. Did not find anything that I really liked. Went to lenscrafters and bought 4 sets of glasses. I paid lot more but the selection was much better.

There customer service is terrible! With all these bad reviews saying the same thing you would think they would change something! I walked in and told the later i had a appointment and she rolled her eyes made me feel like i shouldnt have even made an appointment. The doctor seemed like he didnt care about his job. He seemed annoyed. The place was dirty! Especially in the lobby.smh! Im not coming back again

Horrific customer service. Called twice. Gave them my frame number, was first told they would call back. After an hour of waiting I called again with the SKU number to help them find it faster and was told the manager is the only person who can find it by the SKU number and that she was currently with a patient and then would be going to lunch for an hour, “Sorry”. Employees aren’t even adept enough to research a SKU number? My 5 year old could do a better job. Zero stars.

The doctor was great, used examples I could understand and was very patient with my questions. The lady, Cynthia, also was very extremely patient with us and made sure we understood all our options with the insurance and was able to answer all our questions while giving suggestions without pushing any sales. I only gave them a four because the very First Lady who had us fill out the paperwork was a little impatient and short with us. Would recommend them based on service alone.

Place looks out outdated, the way the chairs are arranged they have them facing eachother, makes me feel very uncomfortable having to wait half an hour, while i have a complete stranger looking at me the whole time. The final Price caught me off guard too wasnt expecting such a high number.

Doctors are nice,
but everything else needs work.

Horrible customer service- too many employees doing nothing. Made us sit for 2 hours just to order frames and lenses. Then the cost was 5x over what they advertise. Took 2 weeks to receive and when they arrived they were broken. Now they are making us wait while they try to fix them. Never again:/

Waited 20 minutes before being seen. There were 4 ladies working up front. 2 were busy dusting & talking about the air filter instead of getting me into a pair of contacts.

Dr. Black was great! When I got here I was planning on doing glasses & contacts. But he said I didn't need to get new glasses unless I just really wanted a new style. Which I didn't. I was super happy to be saving that money.
