Worst customer service, very first time I went this mature lady maybe in her 40’s decided to argue with me about my age because she thought I wasn’t old enough to pay for my own glasses. Apparently that I needed parents signature. She didnt let me pay until her manager told her that in fact the year I had mentioned makes me of age.

Very unprofessional! The girls have no idea whst theyre doing.there is no privacy because they don't ever believe in closing doors.they don't keep records of patients so they dont know who you are or why you're there. For example I had an eye infection and came every week. And they didn't know why I was there every time I went in! It's just the girls that don't have a clue, not the doctor.

The receptionists are extremely rude I bought a year's worth of contact lenses yesterday and I went back today and asked if I could please have a sample box of contact solution to be able to have some until pay day which isn't until another week. The receptionists denied my request said they don't sale or offer any samples for contact solution or give coupons and that I could go to Target to purchase some contact solution. I then walked to a worker that handles ordering of glasses to speak to the manager and I was offered a sample box of contact solution and a expired coupon. Sorry for the run on sentences, I just don't understand why people have to be so rude.

Very professional staff. Wait time was not long. The young man that helped me pick out my glasses was very helpful. They are my optometrist from now on.

I went in to get my glasses and contacts. It was fast and easy. Staff was nice and welcoming. Keep up the good work everyone
