Super disappointed in this company. I usually have pretty bad service every time I go. The waits are very long and I've witnessed the workers being extremely rude to customers. I called today to make an appointment for a contact exam, I have the eye care club so all of my information is already in the system. Lady was nice but put me on hold for 17 minutes. Having a toddler and a newborn I finally had to hang up.

My husband and I recently went to America's Best for exams and eyeglasses. The office staff when you first come in is ok, not extremely helpful or friendly, and seemed disorganized. Dr. John Mabry was terrible. He was unfriendly, rude and abrupt, barely said anything to us, never once smiled, and didn't offer any information about the exam. Terrible bedside manner, he should not be in a profession where you deal with the public. The tech that helped us once we picked out our glasses was great, we wish the rest of the staff would have been as good as she was, then they would have gotten 5 stars. She is the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1. We will not come back to this location and will probably even choose another company for our eye care needs in the future.
