26I am a huge Apple fan and of course I love everything that comes from Apple. The store is really nice and clean and modern but there it so crowded all the time that is difficult to get good customer service sometimes.
Apple store in 2021 be like when we are open you can pay us all your money. When we are closed you still pay us all your money. I sold my apple phone last week because this company does whatever it wants.
Always busy as usual in an Apple store and this one is no different, they were helpful though and knowledge as well.
No long let a retail location. Now it is just a pickup location. There is no longer a way to shop for products.
I’m giving Steve the 4 stars do to fixing the problem with my phone outside for me (being a veteran with med reasons I cannot wear a mask) amazing customer service with him. However the rent a cop out front on his power trip and I wanna be a real cop attitude was horrible. Apple needs to remind the security there not law enforcement and need to approach customers with respect. JS. Anyway thank you again Steve.
Not good, went on with IPhone not holding charge, they said it was my cord, charged several hours and it never got beyond what I had when I went into store. They don't listen in a hurry to get to next customer. My phone is not working, I NEED spot. ASAP.
I had an appointment. 42 mins after I checked in an Apple person came over to start asking what my problem with my phone was.
Love this store, it is easy to get to, it's light and your time there go's rather quickly. My dog managed to push my new tablet off of a low bed onto the floor. It landed on the main power switch. Thankfully I got the insurance.the staff supplied me with a new unit and assisted in my set-up. I love the classes they offer. All in all two thumbs up! I'm hooked at 68 years young and a total repeat customer.
Great location, but you need to make sure you have an appointment cause they are super packed! Wait times can take up to 2 hours.
I had an appointment to replace my laptop battery at 1: 40, and I got there around 1: 20 and the Genius people immediately started to help me. They were well informed and very friendly. I also went there once before during the busiest time and I was able to get help pretty fast.
Good service, knowledgeable people. The store is usually pretty busy no matter the time of day.

Probably the most understaffed Apple store I've ever been into. The girl at the front also gave us attitude when we asked if there was someone available to purchase our item with. She acted as if we were stupid and haven't spent thousands of dollars here already. Do not recommend this Apple store. The Biltmore on Camelback is worth the longer drive for better customer service. It should not take over 30 minutes to buy 1 item that we need no assistance with.
Miri or Chris (fake name he gave after), provided zero customer service, was completely unhelpful, and another reason to switch to Samsung.
Not an Apple Fan. But the other shops and place around the Apple Store are cool. Had get Daughter's Iphone fixed reason for trip.
Not always happy the duration of my visits and because of the high volume plus lack of sufficient staffing, the customer service can get a little sloppy.
I give them an A for effort but a C for execution. That's shouldn't happen at Apple.
Do not expect to get in and out quickly, it is an Apple store after all. They had all the latest gadgets and computers available for a hands-on experience staff is very helpful when they do finally come around I have done a lot of work with their business team and give a huge thumbs up to Kelly in the Scottsdale Quarter business team for making sure I had what I need for my business.
I did a walkin, no appointment wait time was about 2hrs before getting tech service. That was about the only thing I didn't like. The service tech Zac and sales Jeff were excellent.
The sales people here are arrogant, uninformed, and rude. Apple products are great but the gal that manages this place is clueless.
