Apple Scottsdale Quarter

Came in to get the battery replaced on my wife's 6s. Great service and they were still honoring the $29 deal on iPhone 6 and newer phone battery, that were out of original warranty.

Useless to make an appointment as they are always running behind, but with that information in mind, if you are prepared to wait, then all is good. Once someone does help you, they are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s just that initial wait, even with an appointment, that is frustrating. Especially when the whole reason of making appointments is.nvm. You get the idea.

Not very helpful.had to pump her for info to find out what I needed to do with my account. Additionally, not a store issue but why can an Apple store NOT help with all problems related to account?

Really busy store. Wasn’t too excited that the appointment time they gave me wasn’t to actually work on my phone, but to just see what was going on with it. Then they quoted me another 2-3 hours just to change out the battery. Ugh

Waaaay too cramped feeling for such a big building. It has a terrible lack of any natural flow (like all Apple stores) which leads to customer pile-ups. Whole experience was stressful and rushed. They carry most products Apple makes, but at the expense of feeling like cattle.

Visited the apple store because I needed a new cable to charge my apple watch. I was not happy to go since a lot of the reviews say they had to wait a long time before being helped. But my visit went great. The wait wasn't bad. Had the appointment at 4: 30 and I had someone helping me by 4: 50. Got my new cable and out the door by 5: 15. The person that helped was helpful answered all my questions and was very polite. Wouldn't mind coming here again. 10/10
