I would have given this business a better review because I didn't have a problem with the service I received from the doctor but I was misquoted the cost. When I went to pay for my service, I was told that I would not only need to pay the quoted cost but an additional office fee for a first time visit of $60. Now, I would say that if you are going to give someone a cost for their visit, you should probably tell them the WHOLE cost, not a portion of it so that they will know before they go through with the service if they want to pay that much.

I would NOT recommend this office AT ALL! I have been going to them for now 5 months while they had me on Accutane (they barely even looked at my skin before telling me I should go on a very HARD medicine) My last 3 visits have been over Facetime and they offered to let me take an at-home pregnancy test but I didn't need to. My last face time visit I found out 3 of my family members WHO I AM IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH tested positive for COVID! So, of course, the last visit I asked if I could buy an at-home pregnancy test instead of going in to get my blood drawn and putting the staff and other people at risk. They told me ”it would be fine to go in and get blood work drawn” I am disgusted with how they aren't taking COVID seriously and are okay to have somebody go in and expose people. A DAY AFTER THEY TOLD ME I COULD GO IN, I STARTED TO GET COVID symptoms!

Coming from somebody who NEEDS a dermatologist for my terrible skin, FIND A DIFFERENT DERMATOLOGIST!

First time in the new office. I followed Dr Jensen here because he's always quick, doesn't leave me waiting, and gives me all the information I need regarding my skin care. The MA and Nurses are always super helpful and kind. It's refreshing to always be treated well.

Great dermatology practice! All the members of the staff were exceptional, from the receptionist to the medical assistant, and finally to the PA-C. My daughter had a very positive experience.

Everyone was extremely kind and I was quickly taken into an exam room and the doctor was in the room in easily less than 2 minutes.

Each year I get a full body check up here. But each year there is someone else seeing me. I like to stay with the doctor I originally saw. Not a pa or someone else. Would rather stay with Dr Halmi.

I saw Tasha Mack PA-C for my annual full-body skin cancer check. Tasha was thorough and answered several questions I had about my skin care. We discussed treatment options for an area of sun damage on my face, and I felt that she valued my opinion before a decision was made. Everyone in this office is friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone seeking excellent dermatological care!

Great staff, not too long a wait time once in the room to see someone. Staff and providers take the time to answer questions and exams are literally head to toe! Very thorough!

An eczema problem I had been receiving treatment for over 2 years that was only getting worse. I was referred to Advanced Dermatology and the treatment given resolved the eczema in one visit. The staff is very pleasant, courteous, and helpful.

My appointment time was 8: 30am. My 5 year old daughter and I arrived early and was taken back right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And made my daughter feel very comfortable as well. We were done just after 8: 30am which was our appointment time. I am a bit of a hard case when it comes to my over all dislike of dermatologist. After a hospital stay my post hospital care was to find a dermatologist. Just be warned this office has 1Dr.everyone else in a Physician Assistant. When it comes to specialty practice I do not believe a (PA) is qualified to stand in the place of the Dr.and this became more and more evident each time I had to call office to have something explained. The whole pathetic experience hit my limit when the PA prescribed Aspercreme for an extremely raw and painful Atopic Dermatitis rash. She had zero understanding and zero empathy. The lead Dr was just as uncaring. My overall experience was abusive, lacking any human kindness and a deranged idea of what medications might be beneficial for a ptient.

Had a recent appointment with Eve Katzen, PA at the Gilbert office. Eve and her staff were very kind and understanding of my condition. I was referred to Dr Kahn at their Phoenix office to do a Mohs procedure. Dr Kahn and her staff were also very professional took care of my problem in just one visit.
