I'd been shown into an exam room, had my intake interview, and Tasha, the PA, had entered—and I was still filling out the new patient forms! Now THAT'S efficiency. Unfortunately I've had shave biopsies over the years so I knew what the experience should be like. Tasha and her assistant were expert, caring, and got the job done with minimal pain (just the first anesthetic shots). I'm impressed with this office.
