I sent in a complaint to the founding dr and was completely ignored. I then sent the same comeplaint to the director of customer service. Once again completely ignored. They don't really care if you have a problem

You'll die of old age before you get through to anyone to schedule an appointment. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.
