27I give them 5 star rating because they do coop shared branching with Corporate America Family Credit Union and and don't charge an Atm surcharge fee. Almost Always use their atm's now! Thanks!

Worst bank that you can bank with there is no worseR bank than this one I don’t think any where in all United States this is the worst bank ever existed on earth when you get to the bank there’s service is horrible horrible in the 1900s they had the better service than his bank

I have been a member since 1998, I have stuck with this credit union through numerous highs & lows however, this lastest shutdown of all the branches is a huge inconvenience. No longer, we are leaving. (Oh I am sure the reply that follows will include how their employees safety come first & the health of their customer.yad, yad.) What I cannot help but notice are all the Other banks, creditunions that are all open around the valley to fully service their members. Odd? So, it brings me to my point as to why my family & extanded family will be moving to Desert Financial their branches are open to help their customers. Very sad Az Fed, very sad service that has been just getting worse.
Banking here is pretty bad atm never accept cash deposits, customer service employees in the call center are clueless and seem like they have no training and fail to deliver everytime drive up atms dont work gotta get out and walk up if you want to pull out 3k in cash to purchase something they wont give you 100s they used to be good but all the changes and neglect have made this bank a headache to use we all use to say how good this bank was now we all closed our accounts

They are all very helpful, and place is very clean. Just wish I did not have to drive 40 mins to bank not Saturday that down fall. I love the overdraft protect the offer and you can get a prepaid credit card to help boost your credit, and 90 checks and credit helpful!
Banks are difficult. Their customer service is wonderful though. Tameesha was a great help this morning!
If you do online banking then this bank isn't bad. BUT if you have to visit this branch for any reason. I hope you like long lines and frequent ATM outages. This bank has closed a few locations over the past 2 years. This has significantly increased foot traffic for the surviving Branch's.
They need new update machines and fix their deposit transactions! I do love the bank though, it’s just stressful because I’m trying to deposit money in my bank account
I needed to make a quick withdrawal from my Co-op account and thought about opening a local account. 30 minutes to get to the teller is far from quick. When I did get to the line only 2 of the 6 tellers were helping customers. Needless to say I am not opening an account here
I've been to the other banks, miscellaneous charges, ect. On 2 occasions a few places I used to shop at were breached, AFCU sent me a new card & managed my account for unauthorized usage, they found the problem and fixed it.
AFCU is friendly, professional, and I've had family and friends transfer over.
Only once did I not receive the friendly, processional service, and that was my fault, when you show up to a business close to closing with an hour of questions and paperwork.
For the negative reviews, if possibly you saw your part in it as I have, then people would realize it's not the bank.

AZFCU staff is way better than other banks I've done business with, I refinance 3 of my vehicle and were able to reduce loan term, lower interest and lower payment. Can't get better than that. Way to go AZFCU
This bank is great until you have to deal with customer service. They sound like they’d rather be doing something else, and they make the whole situation more complicated than it really is.
They keep closing all their branches and the service is ridiculous when they ask way more? Then any other banks
I hate this facility. I truly hate the decision I made for wanting to open up a bank account with this financial institution.
Never had any problems with this credit union. I love it, easy online account and they are so friendly when I have to go in. They have worked with me many times! WILL NOT CHANGE. Highly recommended. Doesn't have those stupid expensive fees for everything. I can definitely dish out $3 a month. Gladly for exceptional service.

Why do you make signing up for Apple Pay so difficult? You guys seriously need to get caught up with the times.
They have closed over half of their branches & give their customers NO notice on branches closing.
