Arizona Federal Credit Union - Glendale

This is what I hoped for in banking today. AFCU everything you would want your bank to be.very friendly, competent and accessible. Kudos!

Used to be able to walk in and out in less than 5 minutes during non-peak hours. Now I always spend 15 minutes or more. Not uncommon to only see one teller on duty.

Fix the damn atm machine attached to the building. I deposit money on Sundays because i dont have time any other day and its a hit or miss if that machine works.

I have been with Arizona Federal for years and have had no problems, they are more helpful and do more for you then any other bank would. Great place to go through.

Went to 4 other banks today, and kept getting denied a checking account due to ex overdrafting a old account. Finally tried this, hesitant due to other reviews, couldnt be farther from the truth. Lisa was excellent, kind, and very responsive. Already loving this place!

Like clockwork every weekend for months I have been coming here solely for the ATM and like usual both of their outdoor ATMs function only 10% of the time. Don't waste your time if you just need the ATM because you'll just be waiting in their ridiculously long line for a withdrawal.

This branch is really shady, I know I handed over at least 1300 to deposit in my account and it's my fault for not having the teller count the money in front of me and not noticing that on the record only showed 1100. But just the fact that when I tried to correct it they said there was nothing they could do. Never coming back to this branch again.
