Was pleasantly quick had to make an appointment. It was made by phone. And they along with the group of people who made an appointment respected the requirements of social distancing of 6ft and facemask wearing due to Covid19.

It doesn't make sense. Then again what does now? You'd think making appointments as required by the CDC would limit people in bldg and quicken the wait time. WRONG. Walked in at 2: 05 pm with court papers in hand. Appt time was 2: 15. Plan: Unsuspend driver's license. Waited in line 35 mins. Left at 4: 25. We saved them some time because my other son cancelled his 2: 23 appt. Truth is MVD is operating the same as before under the guise of being by appt only. Do have to thank MVD for completing the request today! Seems Tucson courts are not caught up updating in their system.

This place is horrible! From the unprofessional staff to the unorganized lines. The staff members were even questioning one another.
Drive the extra miles to go to a better facility.

5 Times i have drive to MVD to get a new driver's license. I have legally changed my name, and have a court order for my name change, and other documents to proof than i’m a US Citizen even my new SSN card with my new name on it. But all the time they refused to give me my new drivers license, then they need my new SSN card with my new name on it, it not enough with the court order for name change. Now i go again for the 5 time to get my new drivers license, and ones again i couldn’t get it.now they wanna see a passport as a proof for citizenship So that means that i haft to drive around with my old drivers license with my old name on it, when my legal name is not the same as on the drivers license not cool! But never mind i won’t get a new one, just drive around with my old, and if i get pulled over by the police i will tell them that MVD refuse to give me a new driver license even when i have court order for name change and other proof that i’m a US Citizen!
I’m not resting my time driving 25 Miles again to go to MVD just to drive disappointed home again!
So i’m not gonna go again! I will just keep my old name on my drivers license! Seriously this is ridiculous! If they don’t believe i’m a US Citizen they can lookup my SSN and see even there it shows i’m a US Citizen!
I’m Pregnant almost about to have my baby, just want to have the last stuff fixed before the baby comes, now i cannot be allowed to change my name in my bank, or with my doctor, so that means my baby’s birth certificate will be with my old name on it I’m crying to much right now!

An elderly lady administered my drivers test. She was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She started screaming at the top of her lungs at me when I had not even begun to move the vehicle she was not in.she had no reason to be screaming and had no right to make me feel so terrible. If you or your family is to take a drivers test I would reccommend going anywhere else. She made me extremely nervous for the test and was incredibly rude the entire time. It is unacceptable!

Worst place ever. No one to direct you of what to do other than a kiosk. Just trying to get a updated drivers license and can't. Don't waste your money or time here. Go across the street it's better!

I don’t know why this place has such low ratings it was such a pleasure to be here. Fast easy and painless.

Desk clerks are usually nice. But the drive instructor who goes by the name Cookie is easily the most rude person I've ever met. Was taking my gf to the back to practice the 3 point turn when nobody was back there, the lady comes out and screams at us to leave because she has an appointment in 30 minutes. I would'nt have been upset if she came up to us and asked us to politely leave or ask us to leave when the appointment was about to begin. My gf now doesn't want to take her driving test here and wants to take it in Coolidge instead. Please replace with someone who is more of a people person, which is kind of important if you're an instructor.

They should have a phone number listed like all good businesses. Having someone to talk to Before going to the office speaks volumes about a business.

The Drivers Examiner, Gloria, was very rude. She gave me this unwelcoming and Ill-sickening personality. I went to do my road test and she had made insensitive remarks about my driving, by telling me that I’m a terrible driver and every time I would turn, she would tell me that she has nothing to do but “Hold on to Dear Life” in her words. It’s so unprofessional to downgrade the candidate in a very negative manner. What kind of MVD let’s their employees talk to or act towards any type of customer like that? Based on reading any other review on here, I can agree that I’m not the only one who feels this way about Gloria. The way she represents herself is not the way she or anyone else should be portraying theirselves, for the matter. There was no good service at this MVD whatsoever. When my boyfriend was doing his road test a few months ago, she told him Coolidge people cannot drive at all and make a rude comment that if there was a person with a gun in traffic, my boyfriend would have been shot in the traffic. She didn’t even escort me inside when the test was done, and when I failed. She just got out my vehicle and walked right inside. This is completely unacceptable. This makes me NOT want to go back at all.

Absolutely the worst. You are not a human here. You will not be acknowledged, you will be willfully ignored, and your time is no concern to these state employees.

You know, as many say if I could give "ZERO STARS " I would.

Catch 22 since we did get things resolved HOWEVER after tons and tons of calls and complaints I had to make.

So thank you and 5 stars to ~ MJ, Emily and especially Cory (Kory) uncertain of spelling and apologize.
You all went above and beyond to correct this situation!
Thank you!

Laura, the true concerns come with our visit with this gal.
I'm also in the process of submitting concerns with the state MVD regarding our treatment.

I'm a nice person, so if someone feels I'm being otherwise I encourage them to look at themselves and ask why.

Just relocated to AZ, was informed this office was prompt since we had 3 drivers, 2 vehicles and a motorcycle to transfer to AZ. Saw Laura, perhaps a bad day for her or perhaps she's in need of a personal day or vacation? Who knows, however when working with the public plz don't forget that's your choice and if your unhappy don't take it out on ppl paying to be in AZ and paying you to do what you've chose to do.

Our visits here was far from fabulous, the day we worked with laura made me realize racism is absolutely present. And to give her the benefit of the doubt, if that was not her intent that's sure what was felt.

I sign my name with just my last name, have for years and ALL my ID including SS card are proof. Miss Laura had advised me she would not give me my AZ license if I didn't sign my entire name (it's extremely LONG). I informed this would be fraud since that's not how I sign, never the less not knowing the law here in AZ did what Laura informed was the only way to get my ID. Left extremely disrespected

As for my husband, having two last names Laura issued his DL under his mother's last name NOT his father's.

Went through tons of calls and extreme efforts to get this corrected. For over 3mons he and I had ID that was not correct.

After persistence with state MVD finally were able to get this corrected for both of us.

The only other concern, attempted to get the federal ID that will be required within the next few years.
State MVD advised we could do when returned to correct our DL. Unfortunately was advised the office needed proof of our address. IE a mailed letter to the current address.

Now, even though our address was on our incorrectly name printed DL processed by Casa Grande and MAILED TO OUR CURRENT ADDRESS ON OUR DL (showing we lived there cuz we recieved it) we were advised we'd have to return and pay again to get that DL that will be required in the near future.

Disappointed, what an extremely dissatisfying adventure.
Wishing this office the best in the future, hope you all can offer the next the best service we know you have deep inside each of you.

Terrible experience and I would hope miss Gloria fixed her attitude before someone not as nice as me comes along to fix it for her. I have never been disrespected or talked down upon like that by any DMV or business in general. All I can say is that for her sake, I hope she changes her customer service approach.

Gloria (the drivers test lady) was very very RUDE! I will never come back to this office EVER! When I told her I live in Coolidge and came to the Casa grande office because Coolidge didn’t have any openings for a driving test she said that Coolidge people cannot drive properly at all, then she yelled for going too slow at 25mph when the posted speed limit was 25mph.you guys need a new driving test person. This lady is completely rude and by reading the other reviews I now know I am not the only one who thinks her attitude and the way she speaks to people is unacceptable.

Very friendly staff inside the building. I had an issue with one of the women giving me the driver test so Emily stepped up and offered for herself to quiz me on my driver test. Am really looking forward to it. I’m happy they handled my situation like it should have. Thanks Emily
