Scheduled an appointment online for a Thursday afternoon to get a travel ID license. Easily the smoothest, easiest MVD experience I've ever had! I was in and out in 10 minutes and workers I interacted with were friendly and quick.
We were not impressed, we were in Tucson, away from home and needed a title for a trailer we had sold. We talked with 3 employees, got 3 different answers. They all seemed like they were doing us a favor.
Not to many people. Fast kind and courteous service. Best experience at an MVD. My other experiences were long and painful.
Uneducated staff. Rude. And doesnt seem to be able to read or help with my problems. Just sends people in circles. 100% idiots.
It was slow, uncaring, and the least amount of help possible before the bogus quarantine, now you pretty much have to do their job for them.
Had some issues with a vehicle that was not in the system. Took about two hours to complete but the employee went above and beyond her duties.
I waited on hold for an hour to be hung up on then waited another hour to be told there is nothing they can do.
Two trips 25 miles each to get travel id. Paper work was good, but system was down. Called for 2nd 25 mile trip and system was up. When I arrived, system was down. Level of incompetence is unbelievable. If this was in the private sector, they would all be out of a job. What a waste of tax dollars.
This is probably the fastest MVD you can find in the Tucson area and it's definitely the best MVD I have been to through the country. I came over today during lunch break. It was very busy but I was out in about 5 minutes. The employees are also friendly.
I needed to transfer a title and renew registration. I was out in less than fifteen minutes. I usually dread the long wait times at MVD, but this location was a pleasure to breeze through.
I was in and out in less than ten minutes! They've "streamlined" their service by eliminating all the seating and now have lines for all of the windows. The new layout is very effective and efficient. It truly takes the terror out of going to the MVD!
I go to use the DMV kiosk right after someone else just got done and everything seemed to be going smoothly. I swipe my card to pay for my registration and then in the split second between paying and printing the system goes down. But of course the system was up to take my money.best part was right after me someone gets their registration so I guess it was down for the one second I needed my registration. Thanks DMV.

Fast efficient and professional. Having dealt with CA DMV for years I thought I had died and went to heaven. Registered a new car and took written test in less than half hour.
Made an appointment for the voluntary travel id. Was seen at my appointment time, and out of there within 20 minutes. Very quick and efficient, and staff is friendly and helpful:)
Great place, if you like sitting on the ground. They claim getting rid of all the chairs (for convenience? Ironic right) saves 800 minuets or 13.3 hours per day! They aren’t even open for 13 hours! And if you’re waiting, there isn’t room for you to stand so you’re just in the way of everyone. I don’t understand the logic of taking chairs away to save time.
29 minutes total time from walking up to front to walking out for new car registration from our of state. Arrived on a Thursday at 11: 51 am. Everyone was really nice.
The check-in line only allows about 10 people, everyone else has to wait outside in over a hundred degree temperatures, if you try to move inside they kick you back out saying you are blocking the exit, even though there's a second exit!? And there was only one person doing the check-in!
