38 There was a wait, but it was shorter than I was anticipating and they did a good job moving everyone through the queue and taking care of business in an orderly fashion.
Better than it was during my last visit-in 2002.
2/2017 They changed their format. Instead of getting a number we were greeted at the door & then sent from person to person completing the required paperwork & tasks along the way. The process was much more efficient & painless. We were in & out in less than 30 minutes, seriously.
Always very very helpful and the quick used to be so slow and rude now they are definitely in creased their customer service at my hundred percent
Horrible service so rude to us waited 1 hour and a half because the man didn't want to tell me correctly where to go. Horrible personal.
The place is definitely old but extremely fast service. You’re in and out in just less than 30 about 30 minutes. The building is old and there’s not a waiting area for those accompanying you. Staff was alright.
Worst system ever. As if it wasn't bad enough already now they took out the chairs so you can't sit down!
Staffs are very nice and guide you very friendly. Very effciently to finish all the paperwork. Will come back again!
We were immediately approached by an employee who directed us to the correct line. Within a minute an employee called us over to her cubicle. We transferred two out of state titles to AZ, got our titles, registrations, and plates, and were out within 10 minutes. We'll be back!
This place is organized so badly. You have a guy just going to a machine to give you a number. I understand that he can answer questions too, but it is a waste of an employee. Also, the directions in the office are confusing. I liked the get a number and wait for your number.
They took out all the customer waiting seating. Why? Does standing for a long time improve the customer experience? I suppose if you are trying to discourage people from coming to this place of business, this is a great way of doing it. Hint: If you make people stand outside in the heat, that would be an even worse experience if you really are trying to drive people away.
Terrible phone service! The level one person was prompt and polite, but the level two person never picked up the line. I waited for 25 minutes and hung up - to call the level one back. The recording said that they won't answer calls after 4: 30 pm (it was 4: 45) - something that is never mentioned during the 25 minutes of mind numbing music.
This was by far the fastest MVD I've ever been to. I went in to get a new AZ drivers license. I went in around 9: 30am and was out by 9: 45am. My fast food order at lunch took longer than it did getting a new license here. The staff was very friendly too.
I like this site. A lady at the front desk was very nice and ladies that processed my paperwork were all professional and nice. It can take a while may be up to 30-45 min before a line gets to you though. But it makes sense cuz there are so many people who come to the site. I haven't been to any other places in town so. But I like that one
Tried calling about the online website, and the women who answered the phone was extraordinarily rude for no given reason.
Typically pretty quick. But this last time I had to wait for over an hour standing in line. They should add chairs and call ticket numbers instead. Especially for those who are older.
Left early and arrived right at 8. Got in and out within about 35 min! Sue was also very helpful and kind
Car has a check engine light but makes no smoke or bad emissions at all. The fix is an ECM module. Problem is, the car shows being tampered with if I change it and they won't pass it anyway even though there's no bad emissions coming from the car. Either pass it with a probe or buy the damn thing.
